Camilla is overly rude. Actually the whole staff is rude and acts like taking your order is an issue because they lack basic comprehension. Idk I think 3 plain pepperoni pizzas is easy to understand.

Very disappointed with my recent delivery order. The driver struggled to find my apartment even though I gave clear instructions, so my food arrived late and cold. On top of that, the meal I received wasn’t even what I ordered. When I called to request a refund, the agent hung up on me before resolving anything. Terrible customer service and overall experience — I won’t be ordering from here again.

Today I went to Pizza Hut location on Herrington Rd. I went in to get several pizzas for my family for dinner. I was greeted by a young man Angel. He was very knowledgeable and let me know about the specials going on. I was able to get my family 6 pizzas for movie night. My order was done perfectly. And was ready in no time. This is the best location I’ve gone to. I will definitely be back and will let my family and friends know about the great service I received by the staff, specially Angel. Thank you. Keep up the great work!! This is my new go to location!

The manager on duty on 09/12 closing shift made my experience 10/10 on top of the food being freshly made. We got a big dinner box and he made sure we didn’t forget anything, provided plates without us asking. on top of that he had a great attitude! Will be coming back to this location for my future Pizza Hut needs.
