Mariah is by far the worst representative for Pizza Hut. Corporate you may want to take in account you are only in business with satisfied customers. There are several other pizza places in the area. This place is disgusting and Mariah needs to be washing dishes in the back far away from customers. Ridiculous. If you reading this. Go anywhere else but Pizza Hut. This is the very last time we give one penny to this establishment. We heard loud and clear you don’t care about us and are thefts interested in stealing our money. Thanks

I decided to order pizza for my kids. I ordered through uber eats. I wanted to order and pick up but pick up was not an option through the app. After getting my pizza I see why. I received a cheese pizza with Alfredo sauce on it instead of classic Mariana sauce. Maybe they were out of the sauce but decided to put Alfredo sauce on it instead. Ridiculous! Shame on you. I had disappointed hungry kids.

Kids working in there. I came to get a door dashing order and they said it was not ready I waited about 10 mins and then went back In and they said we are canceling the order and did not give any reason why, very unprofessional

This place has some serious quality control issues these days. Every time I’ve ordered from this particular location, the pizzas have turned out either overcooked, undercooked or taste off somehow. One time, an hand tossed pizza I ordered came dripping with grease it was nearly inedible! Our latest order of a pepperoni pan pizza turned out cold and very disappointing.
The other week I ordered from another Pizza Hut location on Lawrenceville-Suwanee and the quality was like night and day. Fresh, delicious and most of all, still hot despite that location being farther away from my house!
But yeah, I’m not ordering from this location again. They need to improve massively before I’d consider. $40 thrown away on subpar food! It’s obvious many corners are being cut here.

My elderly mother went there today and ordered a pizza that just wasn’t satisfactory. She called and spoke with the manager, Alex who told my mother that she was the only one that complained today and he did ask if she wanted him to remake it, but that it would taste the same as the first one. At first, she told him yes, but then called him back and told him to forget it because she was afraid it might have been tampered with. Also, they hung up on her 2 times during this whole process. Shame on Alex and the worker that gave my mother a hard time today!!!!
