We picked up for a birthday dinner and one of the orders was for a strict vegetarian person and we double confirmed a vegetarian chimichanga. When we got back home, we found steak stuffed in the chimichanga and the receipt even says 'vegetarian'. I called Poblanos to speak to a general manager. It took 10 minutes for a call to go through. Once I got a hold of the manager she just proceeded to deflect saying it was the hostess's fault because they bag the food. Note: hire a hostess that is not an idiot maybe? Or possibly they can read? Also, maybe a new manager that's actually helpful!

2nd time coming. Food was delicious, the best enchiladas I've had in GA besides a place in Plaza Fiesta, and trust me, I've looked. I had Enchiladas de pollo con salsa verde, my friends got nachos and sopa de pollo. The waitress was nice and attentive. Drinks were delicious, we had pina colada, margarita, & paloma. Food/drinks did not take too long either. We sat and talked for a while. They didn't rush us, which was nice. We had ordered desert after settling the tab, and it was amazing!

I ordered door dash for this order I spent 80 dollars for 2 quesobirra and poblano fajita. Will never again I got the kiddie version of everything I order. When I sat down a month ago we had very large portion which made us want to try again but for the money we spent this is unacceptable and robbery! Don't deal with people who steal! The queso birrias looked like kid tacos and the fajita was much smaller than the actual sides that I received plus no tortilla shells! Unacceptable and bad business
Lots of changes over the years. I think they're finally on the right track with food. The marinade on the fajitas is much better. The service is usually great. A few times satisfactory. Hoping things continue to improve as we love coming here.

Outstanding service, fabulous tacos!! We aren't from the area and liked the look and name of this place. When we saw how many locals were here at lunchtime, it was a great sign. We originally planned to go elsewhere but are so glad we spontaneously changed our minds. The Mexican cheese on these tacos made them perfect.
