Came through the drive thru today and immediately realized I was missing part of my order. Went back around to the window and the girl grabbed the bag and went to go grab my missing items. Get home and realize that the 3 piece was missing I got fried instead of grilled like was ordered and my side item was missing. Food is decent but won’t be back because I can’t stand when my order is messed up MULTIPLE TIMES.
I visit this place today and service was amazing. We bought mixed chicken and was perfect, French fries was fresh and crunchy. Customer service was very good. I check first the different opinions from. Customer but is not bad service .My experience was great.
I'm usually a staunch proponent of Pollo Campero but tonight this location missed the mark. I was in a hurry as I had an appointment but did not take the time to address my concern. Most of my food Sat uneaten on the table in front of me, and even though Staff walked past me numerous times, no one checked up on me, although the Hisapnic families received A LOT of attention. As much as I enjoy listening to Marc Anthony, the music was excessively loud. Overall a disappointing visit.

The past two times I’ve been here they screwed up my orders. First time they gave me someone else’s order, and second time I asked for compero sauce and they gave me a hot sauce packet, and they never put sauce on my chicken sandwich. I really like this place, but I’m just getting annoyed at this point.
