The food was so terrible test, the rice and beans tested nothing flavored. I’m disappointed with this Restaurant. Never come back at this location.

We love Popeyes chicken. It's so delicious. Too bad they don't value us as customers.

We drove through this location recently and waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru line even though it was only a couple of cars. When we finally got to the speaker we placed our order - "Seven chicken breasts, please." The response was, "Aw, no man! You can have maybe three or four." That was it. No apology. No explanation. No suggestion for how they could otherwise accommodate us.

So we drove another mile up the road to Bojangles who happily sold us eight breasts. We did have to wait for them to be made fresh but it took only 12 minutes, shorter than Popeyes made us wait just to get up to the speaker. They even offered us a drink while we waited. And it was so delicious!

Waited 20 minutes for my drive-thru order. Went inside to inquire and was told the order was missed and they would start it immediately. I asked for my money back. The manager said, "We just started your order. Do you want to wait for it?" I said, "If it's free." Fussing along the way, the manager gave me my money and the order. But the chicken was uncooked. I'll never go there again.

This location is criminal! 30 mins to get your food and EVERYTHING is cold, and they forgot items in the order. I've been here 3 times and it's like this every instance. Save yourself and visit the one inside Sugarloaf instead. We're always happen when we visit the one inside Sugarloaf.

I waited 30 minutes for my mobile order to be brought to my car. When it didn't arrive, I went inside to find the restaurant nearly empty. Despite this, my order still took a long time to prepare. The staff was unhelpful and offered no explanation for the delay. I'm very dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend this location.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Me and my Husband came to this location to get fresh chicken! I ordered online and it took an hour! It was only 3 people in the lobby! No Uber Eats or Doordash to serve! So why take a long time???? After an hour we finally get our food! The crew is very young and horrible people skills! So my aunt wants some chicken so I order again! I order two mac and cheese this time! Its a dollar more! I get to the window and they said its no more! LIKE WHAT? I paid extra! He wants to give me non premium sides! I just want my money back! And my mac and cheese! If you are the manager please contact me! The worse one was Barry with his sarcastic tone! He dont even wanna be there!

A waste of space! Was in the drive thru line for 20 + minutes and getting to the order spot and waiting another 10 minutes only to be told there’s no seafood…just put a sign outside why don’t you???!!!! A waste of space and time!

The customer service is HORRIBLE! 45 minutes waiting and then had to go in and deal with rudeness!! It’s 7 people working and still the delays is crazy!!!
Stay away from this location unless you have a lot of time on your hands!!

Person at the window was rude!! It’s 6:00pm, Monday August 5, 2024. The manager finally came and she was better. There are other Popeyes within 8 minutes of this one; I’ll go there from now on.
