Worst place to eat employees are all over the place no one to make the milkshake no refills and waiting for like 30 to 40 to take are order and at check out ask for a refill and the employee had a nasty attitude so

Overall, the food was pretty good. Service was not. Waited a long time just for a server. Then another server showed up saying it was her table. Very uncomfortable situation. Then the server we had was not very attentive and never came back to our table. Had to flag down another server to go find her. Atmosphere in the restaurant was not good either. Real sketch!! Pretty sure I won't be back when I'm in the area again.

Terrible customer service was standing at the front for 30 minutes no one came to serve me had to walk up into the establishment further to get some help that’s when someone who I thought was a customer the whole time came to help me before, then, they were just looking at me standing there.

Atmosphere, it was already a bad sign when I walked in and it smelled like old grease scad a stench of sewer. Service way tooooooo slow, waited over 1 hour for entree just for it to come out like it smelled in the restaurant.. burnt!!!! They brought out popcorn shrimp and call it “regular” shrimp 😒 I do not recommend!!! Waste your money and time somewhere else!

Waited there for 15-20 min. No server came to table. Would have ordered off the table kiosk but it was not work. Eventually just left and went to five guys. Really wanted some O ring tower. Need to quicker service. Place was not that busy.

Waitress was great and did everything she could. Soda machine ran out of syrup and we got three bad drinks. The food was okay at best. It took over an hour to get our food for a small party and had to ask for the manager three times before he came to our table. Then he was rude and unhelpful.

Do not sit in their bar area to eat. Unfortunately, I've sat in this area a few times to eat and you never get service. It's the bartender who's your server and they never come to your table. Each time I've sat in that area and there may be only two tables with people eating there for lunch and the bartender is never anywhere to be found. You have to get up and go into the kitchen to get somebody to get you a drink. I love Red Robins, but always sit in their main dining room and it's great. But never sit in the bar area..!!!

Thank you so much for the respect, great communication, honesty and hospitality. This was amazing and this was my first time ever at Red Robin. Appreciate everything you guys are awesome!

Tried their smoked burger and absolutely loved it — juicy, flavour-packed, and had that perfect smoky kick without being overwhelming. Bun was soft, toppings fresh, and the bottomless fries? Always a win. The place has a casual, relaxed vibe and the staff was friendly without hovering too much. All in all, a solid spot for a satisfying, no-fuss burger outing.

Our server Kleasha was awesome! Haven’t been to this place in a while, but I remember why I used to go so much! Their menu has something for everyone, the environment is clean, and the staff is so kind. Will be back soon.
