Our fabulous waitress, Kleasha, Was attentive, efficient, friendly, and made superb recommendation! She was accommodating and had a bubbly personality! Kleasha made our experience 150% better with her amazing service!! Keep the awesome vibes going, Kleasha! People like you make this world a better place!! Oh yeah the food was nice, fresh and delicious too!! I everything was cooked to perfection.

We had a great time at Red Robin last Friday! Our server was attentive, and the bartender was on point. The restaurant could use a little tidying up, but it didn’t take away from the experience. I forgot my birthday coupon, but no regrets—great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. We’ll be back!

As a burger lover, Red Robin never disappoints. From perfectly cooked burgers to bottomless steak fries and refills on root beer floats, it’s always a treat. The friendly staff keeps things running smoothly, even when it gets busy, and it’s become a favorite spot for my sons and me. Highly recommend for anyone craving a great burger!

We are pretty understanding of our wait staff when its busy and always give grace to our servers and I must say this is the worst service we have ever experienced. we come yearly for our twins birthday. We got seated then waited 20 min for our order to be taken. Ordered drinks and appetizers. Finished our appetizers BEFORE we even got our drinks. Our burgers were ordered medium well-well done and came out raw-rare. Disgusting but it would have taken another 40 mins for our food to be corrected and we were so hungry at that point... We got ZERO drink refills never offered. Requested a refill of fries and the sauces that I never got with my meal that I requested with my order. Finally got the sauces with no fries for another 15 min. Very dissatisfied with our experience. No one bussed our table the entire time or the tables around us.the meal took two hours by the end when it's time to bring out the Sundaes for the girls birthday they said we can't sing happy birthday since we are closing-it was 9:30 and the restaurant doesn't close until 11:00.

Chelle and Alanna were both awesome! They made great recommendations, had timely service and lively attitudes. The GM Devonne also came by our table to greet us and give us a side of fries. I hadn’t been here in almost 10 years and was thoroughly impressed with this location tonight. 🕺

I have been going to this restaurant for years, recently my family and I have had server kelsey she is by far the best server we have had. She always makes sure our drink or full and continuously makes sure we have everything we need. Adk for her next time your in!

Very few times have I walked out, but this was definitely a walk out. The service was awkward. The dishes were dirty. There was something mysterious floating in the beer. Had to leave before I found out what else could happen.

Placed an order online for pickup. Order wasn’t ready even close to the time the website stated. When it was ready it was missing many items. When my wife went to get them she found no one around to ask. The employees seemed like it was a burden to help get the right items. After awhile it wasn’t worth it to spend more time. We still were missing items and parts of the order were made wrong.

Horrible experience. We won’t be back.

If you're looking for a good burger, this is your place. My husband ordered a burger and I ordered the bread less burger with the lettuce wrap and avacado. The onion rings are to die for. We signed up with their rewards program and we are rewarded with a free hamburger every year for our Birthdays. They also have delicious fries and sweet tea. The restaurant itself is always on the cold side but it's tolerable. Overall this is a good recommendation if you're looking for a good burger anyway you like it. They offer many options.

ordered to go on the app… get the food and they basically made the burger how they wanted to i guess. left off main ingredients of the burger, left out custom ingredients i asked for. asked for everything on the side.. only thing that was on the side was the lettuce… apparently what the customer asks for is irrelevant. extremely disappointed.

My boss uses them for our annual holiday staff lunch. I see why we returned for the second year in a row. The staff was friendly and the manager was attentive. He kept checking on our group and making sure we were taking care of. Great place for a group event.
