it's ok in a pinch and most of the staff are doing their best, managers on the other hand are savages san emotion or empathy

I’ve waited over 30 minutes for the last 3 pizzas I’ve ordered. All just a regular large cheese. I was just turned away from the door due to the store being “closed” over an hour before closing, only to watch someone else go in and order after I walked away. If you want to wait forever for pizza that takes under 10 minutes to make and be discriminated against, this is the place for you!

It is very hit or miss but when the pizza is made right, it truly is 5 ⭐️ for the price.
It’s your local quick pizza joint.
For the out of towners, don’t expect the highest quality but for the savers, give them a try or try them again!

I been ordering from here for a while but I'm not going to anymore. The pizza was almost hard as a rock. While bitting and chewing, it was rough on my gums. Now my upper mouth is irritated and got a minor wound from it. I am very disappointed. The price for the pizza went up but not the quality. I will not be ordering again. I would recommend to just go to Papa John or Little Ceasars.

We order takeout from here all the time because they have a small square pie for around $6. It's really delicious and so inexpensive.

I've never had a service issue because we don't even call the order in.

First of all, I've been a resident of this area for over 10 years, and to this day I've noticed a huge difference in customer service, which is terrible. Whenever I call, they never answer the phone. And when you arrive to order in person, they greet you in a very bad mood. Not friendly at all. And lastly, the hygiene and cleanliness of the place is awful. They have only young guys working there, and they're filthy. They go in, take the money, and then come back to prepare the pizzas. It's disgusting. The are touching their faces ,hairs etc. That is really inappropriate and unhealthy.

Pretty decent pizza. Had it for a Halloween party. Pizza was gone by 30 minutes. There were also 15 people there, sharing 6 boxes of pizza. Anyways it was solid!

As longtime and frequent customers of the Riverside Drive location, we’ve been pleased, if not delighted, with the products we receive from Riverside Pizza.

But lately the quality has gone down significantly, reaching a new low in the evening of Thursday, Oct 23. We ordered a build-your-own pan pizza with 5 meats and mushrooms. The pizza was over cooked to the point that the crust was difficult to chew, and the burnt flavor overpowered everything else. There was no sauce on the pizza, despite ordering it with regular sauce and regular bake. What little cheese was on the pizza was rubbery due to overcooking. There were very few mushrooms (4-5 pieces max on the 10-slice pizza, and very little ham, bacon, sausage, or beef. Pepperoni was about normal, but the other toppings, at $1.70 each, were disappointing.

We also ordered a side salad, but most of the lettuce was spoiled, so we had to throw it out.

This is not what we’ve come to expect from Riverside, but seems to be part of an unfavorable trend.

I’ve been a customer since this location started, 20+ years ago, after having been a Little Caesar’s location. But given the recent trend, I can’t recommend this location to anyone.

Last time coming to this location. Was told I would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for 2 pepperoni pizzas. After 30 minutes 6 different people got their order before I did. People who came in after I did and paid after I did. I hate leaving reviews but I hate being lied to more. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. THEY WILL LIE ABOUT THE TIME IT TAKES TO COME OUT

Last Wednesday I ordered two pizza for take out and was told 10-15 min. When I got there the girl told me they didn’t put it in. No apology nothing. Extremely unprofessional.. I waited. This was not the first time this happened. But what really bugs me is how dirty the store is. I don’t see how you even get the 83 on the certificate. There were literally spiderwebs on the side of the counter with bugs in it. The glass display has not been wiped down in a while, they are at best wiping around some things and you can see the dirt accumulating underneath the stuff on the counter. The frames on the wall full of dust and stuff. This place needs a DEEP cleaning!

Waiting 1+ hour for 1 pizza and 1 cheese bread is in no way acceptable. People behind my order were getting help before I did. Frustrating to say the least and I won’t be back.

Today was my last time ordering from all Riverside Pizza locations. I ordered a pizza this morning and white male employee took my order and his hands were filthy. I’m pretty sure he returned to the back and proceeded to make pizza without washing his hands. With every customer walking in and took their order and proceeded to make pizza. This is unsanitary and dangerous.

I ordered my pizzas an hour and a half in advance with a set pickup time, which the restaurant treated more like a vague suggestion than an actual plan. Despite all that prep time, I still had to wait another 40 minutes, just enough to contemplate writing my will in the lobby. Come here if you enjoy waiting more than eating.
