It is cheap, delicious pizza that reminds me of my childhood. You're not going to find gourmet Pizza here, but you will find affordable Pizza that is somehow not had its price inflated by all the madness every other restaurant has been taken with.
I get their $7 cheese pizzas and they are fantastic. The crust is chewy, the cheese is your standard whole milk mozzarella, and the tomato sauce isn't too acidic and just the right level of sweetness and saltiness. It truly is phenomenal Pizza at a price that is hard to understand. I only hope it lasts. I will continue to visit this place regularly.

Never again will I come here. I've given this place more than enough chances to redeem themselves and I got nothing but disappointment. First off I called my order in 30min prior to my husband even getting to the store so he can grab dinner for the kids and myself, why did he have to wait another 30min to get our food I already called in. He gets to the counter they ignored him and served other people. Then the oven breaks, which the cook was nice and informative, but I get equipment failing and what not but again I ORDERED WAY AHEAD OF TIME BEFORE ANYTHING WENT DOWN. So yeah I'm very unhappy with how they treated everything. Y'all served door dash before him and three other people before acknowledging him when he tried to get your attention. The front of the house unprofessional and I know you'll read this review and not care and thats fine but I'll be going to the one by Five Forks even though this one is literally 5 min from my house. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
-Signed a fed up customer.

I came in on 8/22/2025 for an order that I placed over the phone. It was a pepperoni pizza, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks. I was told 15 minutes and it would be ready. I got there 20 after. When I first arrived a girl with long braids and glasses was on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me. I gave my name and they told me the pizza will be ready in 6 minutes. I say okay. I was the only customer at that time. Next you know 10 minutes pass by and I’m still waiting. I finally ask the girl up front and she says it’s sitting on the oven. I asked why did I call my order in and I still have to wait 10-15 minutes and the cook says “we don’t have pizzas ready.” Is it first come first serve? What’s the point of calling in the order?! I love riverside pizza and I don’t mind having to wait when it’s busy. It was not busy at all for the girl up front leaning over the counter on her phone. And I tipped. I wish I didn’t do that.

It's really a hit and miss. Pizza sometimes is really good and other times meh. Today, I bought two and not sure why but the bread was much thinner than usual. This is not the first time. Very strange, but it seems to be done differently from day-to-day.
Also, from my experience, if I want to get Pizza faster, I have to pay and wait right there. I paid for the pizzas and was told it will be 10 minutes. I went to Kroger and came back exactly 30 minutes later and was told to wait few more minutes. That was another 10 minutes of waiting. People were coming and leaving, but there was no line.
In the past, I tried avoiding the wait and ordered before I left my work with the promise that it will be ready in 20 minutes. I had to wait another 30 minutes when I got there.
It seems like they will give the pizzas to whomever is lucky to walk in when it is ready, and if you paid and was not there at the moment, you will wait for them to cook it once you are in their store. Really bad service.

I placed the order for the special with the two large one topping pizzas the salad and the breadsticks. I get my delivery there's no salad I called the store and they get told that they ran out of lettuce. I asked why was I not substituted with something else all I got was oh I'm sorry. Then I informed the young man that I work with customer service and did any of them think to call the customer and let them know they didn't have lettuce to make a salad once again I get told I'm sorry we didn't call you. Horrible service, don't waste your time or your money with this location.

Unfortunately the staff was really bad , the pretending called cashier is messing around and mixing the orders of people with each other and westing time, when you ask were is my order she said it is in the Oven , and when you ask the other staff were is my Order he still saying in the Oven without checking, every one throwing the ball in the others side of the field , I had to wate over 45 minutes just to get my order , costumers are wating in line and the store is hot like the Oven , the Supervisor is hiding in the back and when he overheard people complaining he decided to appear from no wear , he was covering the mistake of his cashier meanwhile may be she considered her self to royal or important to help the rest of the team preparing the costumers orders , the words of (( team work is not there )) , the store requires good manager not lazy staff one do the right thing and others don't it is un organized shop, it is my personal opinion if there is less than one star i would give zero and it is the worst pizza shop ever in this area . Boy scouts have more teamwork and could do better than this shop .
This place is awesome. It is very affordable, and they have a good selection of options, both pizza and other things. Everything I've had there has been pretty good, and everything is at a very fair price point. In my opinion this knocks the socks off of almost every other Pizza chain in every way.

Location closes at 10pm but the workers decide to tell me that it will take longer to take care of my order because they want to start cleaning at 8:16pm. I told them that I'm not OK with it since I paid and should take normal time to prepare the pizza and they seemed to be sad about my response? Yall good?

As a pizza lover I decided to give Riverside Pizza a shot at my business a few years back. After all, I am only a couple of miles away and I frequent both Kroger and Goodwill located in the same shopping center. The pizza is pretty good and the price is fair but last week I had one of the worst shopping experiences ever. A 9 minute wait turned into over an hour. All I ordered was the standard large pepperoni with added feta cheese. The guy working the cash register just couldn't get it right and it wasn't just me but everyone. I guess I will give them another chance though but will not if it happens again.

I Love Riverside Pizza!

I remember when there was no such thing as fast and easy pizza. And the best best tasting.... Mmmm! Thank you Riverside Pizza for doing it right! Half the pizza is always gone before I get home. And my husband gets a box with half a pizza. 🤓
Riverside Pizza! Every Location Is hard at work and still has smiles that leave with every order.
