Stopped by Riverside today and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the food came out hot and fresh, exactly how it should be.

I especially want to recognize the front cashier, who went above and beyond while handling a very busy holiday rush. Even with the crowd, they stayed friendly, patient, and efficient, which really made a difference.

Great food, great service, and a team that clearly cares. I’ll definitely be back.

The worst service ever! They have cardboard make believe signs for when their drive through is close, their phone never works! You can try it now too.. I ordered through DoorDash, paid to DoorDash the store is listed there. When I went there to pickup they looked at me like I am an alien or they are and never heard of DoorDash! Needless to say they didn’t have my order ready.. I asked if they could make me one it’s was a simple medium cheese pizza, she goes we don’t have a medium, I said small? She said no small.. I said large? She said you ll have to get a refund from DoorDash and then pay us again…and then I left! Cause pathetic service!

Clean. Good customer service. Take out. Delivery services take your phone with you and go inside to pickup. Parking in the front can be limited

Horrible customer service,I ordered my two large pizza at 12:05pm the young lady told me 15 minutes for it to be ready, I went to Publix came back 20 minutes later she told me another 5 minutes wait I didn’t complain, I sat for another 15 minutes waiting she later came with one pizza, I reminded her my order and she gasp ohh my bad, I waited another 20 minutes for them to make another one, not a single apology, she was on her phone with a man talking nonsense

They don't answer phones to take orders and the drive-thru is closed but there is no sign on the ordering microphone.

I'd recommend this riverside over the others. They are always so nice here and the greeting is always with a smile . Food is fresh as well so kudos to the team that works at the Sugarloaf spot

This is the second time I've been here and they had no wings, and it's way before closing.

I love the quality of food here. Perfect every time! Will be coming back

I'm a regular here, the staff who work here are great! They prepare great food! The quality never has been less than perfect every time. 100% would recommend!

Poor people food designed to kill you

So far so good! Been here 2 times for takeout and their pizzas are yummy 😋

Has the best Ham and Cheese subs... Sorry to ask the other sub shops, but not sorry.
