I have been coming here for more than 5 years

Last couple of time the food was OK no thing excepcional like before

But today my order was on the bad side the mariscada inka is one of the modt expensive plates in t he menu and no only the presentation but the fish was extremely dry t only 2 shrimps on the place and the calamari was completely Chewy that i could not swallow

Really bad food
I feel bad because i adored this place

The causa and the tallarín were ok

Service was excelent but you go back to a restaurant for the food
Unfortunately i felt like my money was wasted today

This location is a solid 4 star. It was my first time here. For appetizer i had “Causa de pollo” which tasted really good. For drinks i had “henny and fresas” which i give it a 5 stars! I had to order a second round. For entree i had tallarin and churrasco. The tallarin were ok. Didnt taste what i expected but the churrasco was amazing. It tasted so good and the correct temperature i requested “medium”. For dessert i ordered “leche asada” which tasted bland. So overall this is why its a solid 4. It had a mix of amazing and bland.

At this restaurant it doesn’t matter what dish you get. Every dish is delicious. The Inka ceviche & the leche de Tigre are my favorites! I love how cute and welcoming they are here. The servers have been the same for years, it feels like family!

Affordable Healthcare

I have ordered from Sabor Inka for years now, this last order was terrible, the aji was watered down and the anticuchos were overcooked (i order medium 2 orders of medium rare and were cooked medium well) , my order of calamares fritos was essentially two or three fried calamari with a lot of fried yuca, the lomo saltado was also overcooked and the aji limo was also watered down the flavor was not there, same goes for the chaufa de pollo .... I am from Peru and Sabor Inka use to be our go to spot, so this was extremely disappointing for me and my wife definitely not worth $180
