I stopped here after work, exhausted and hungry. I needed food fast for my family. Cooking was not happening.

I ordered takeout. Simple pickup. No table. No service beyond the counter. I paid, grabbed the bag, and drove home.

Once we were eating, I checked the receipt. The bill included a 22 percent tip. For takeout. No warning. No explanation.

I felt burned.

The food was fine. The experience was not. Check your receipt before you leave this place. I will not be back.

We go here all the time and food is always 10/10 so of course we decided to get Saigon cafe catered for our wedding reception and it was amazing! All our guest throughly enjoyed the food and came back for seconds and thirds! The Saigon team gave amazing service and even helped to set up the table of food. I will be using them again for future events, I cannot recommend them enough!

Customer service was wonderful, that’s where the bus stopped for me. Ordered the orange chicken, serving size was pretty small and the chicken was hard. The cheese puffs were so over cooked/burnt, I didn’t eat them. My husband wasn’t too happy with his order either (kung pao shrimp). I should have listened to the not so positive reviews.

I got Pho Tai The flavor of the beef soup was perfect. Highly recommended to all my friends This is going to be my regular place from now on. The prices are good, the service was friendly.
