(Long Review) This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any place ever. The young guy (name: Bryan Gamble) that took our order, had the worse customer service I've ever experienced. He had us scan the bag of banana chips twice. I'm standing there thinking, okay the first time it didn't go through, no problem. It way okay. We paid and got the receipt. I noticed he charged the chips twice. I went back and my wife followed me to ask for one bag to be taken off and be refunded. He gave us the worse attitude EVER! My wife is 6 months pregnant and it was extremely hot in there. I looked at the thermostat, it said 87 degrees! He was saying that he can't do anything about the refund but we can have another bag. We didn't want another bag. We asked to be refunded the $3+ for the cost of that extra bag. He would NOT want to do it. He kept giving us this horrible disgusting attitude. Talking back to us, and how we don't want to listen to him, how we are not working with him. He made us feel like we were the reason he screwed up the order. By this time my appetite and patience was out there door. We asked to call the manager to help him with the refund request. He gave us the dumbest excuse ever about how there's no manager and how he can't get anyone to help. How they can't call a manager when they are off work. We argued for at least 20min trying to get him to refund the full amount back and get a manager. I was pissed by this time. I picked up the phone and called corporate. Then all of a sudden, while I was on the phone with corporate he was able to call his manager and get the order ($29+) refunded. I worked for many years in the restaurant business. This is UNACCEPTABLE! He does NOT need to work is this industry with that stinking attitude and worse customer service EVER. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very very disappointed. NEVER going back to this location.

Inconsistent service, lack of customer care, service and support. Food comes out good one day and bad another. Lack of consideration/accountability. I’ve had instances where the store would close early without any heads up or warning. I’ve had good service from time to time but overall highly recommend passing up on this location.

Cashier has a really attitude and understanding of the store promotions I ordered several drinks and was handed 1 straw. Even inquired about another straw he rolled her eyes and pointed to the straws on the counter. I am pretty sure she has access to the straws. When I asked to speak with the manager she has me a paper with a phone number and said the manger is a lawyer and probably is1 straw will not answer see the attached picture. And she also did not explain the flavors fit the smoothie so we had to rate test each one. Not ideal especially don’t she only gave

The workers there sometimes act like they don't want to be there. The young male teens seem but the females seem to have an attitude, very short with you and very passive aggressive! Their (femal) attitudes are not inviting. The girl this morning was very rude, none inviting and took her time to ask for my order.

I came in today to order two bowls and had a very disappointing experience. There were two girls behind the counter talking, laughing, and giggling with each other instead of helping customers. It took them 30 minutes just to make my order, even though the place wasn’t busy. When I asked politely for a bag to carry my bowls to the car, I was ignored, then told to “speak up” in a nasty tone even though I was already speaking clearly. The whole interaction came off as rude, unprofessional, and honestly gave off “mean girls” bully vibes. I shouldn’t have to wait half an hour for two bowls when no one else is there, and I definitely shouldn’t be treated like an inconvenience. Never again will I do business here.
I came in while the lady was washing the floor and i was told to “give her a moment” i asked if theres anyone else is working to help. She said shes in the car. We I left after not getting served i saw the employee in the parking lot smoking in the car on her phone. Great business 👍🏽
Kenzie and Avery had great service. The store smelled amazing and my bowl tasted even better. I love smoothie king and am happy to have one so close to home now. I’ll definitely be coming back to get a quick healthy snack soon!
