I waited at the speaker for like 2-3 minutes before a van and sedan backed up to my trunk and yelled they were shut down no explanation or anything.
Just went of a Thursday around 4pm and there closed? No note or anything just completely closed.

Ordered ahead on App. Showed up to the store and no one was there. I called the number listed for “general manager” and a random person answered and told me to try back later tonight?
I recently visited Sonic Drive-In and enjoyed a flavorful experience. The Mozzarella sticks were particularly delightful, offering a perfect blend of crispy coating and gooey cheese. However, the shine was dimmed slightly by a glitch in their payment system. Despite multiple attempts, my credit cards wouldn't process, requiring staff intervention for a manual transaction. Despite the hiccup, the tasty treats made the visit worthwhile.

My fiancé and I were trying to order and as soon as we pull up to the drive thru they said “it’s gonna be a 5-10 minute wait” and we asked to order or get the food. And they said to place the order. I’ve never heard of any drive thru that makes you wait 5-10 minutes just to place an order. I’d understand waiting 5-10 minutes to get your food but not to place a simple order.

Sat at the stall for a while with no answer so I decided to go to the drive through instead. I was a little aggravated but Justin was incredibly understanding and made sure I was taken care of. Mistakes happen and I’m glad to see that young man helping with the situation and providing exceptional customer service. Thank you.
Disgusting food and service is even worse. This location has gone downhill. I was served food that had been sitting there for hours, the burger had a distinct smell to to so I had to throw it away and they got my order incorrect after I repeated it several times. Don’t eat here you will get sick.
So I came to this location because my granddaughter wanted some Sonic. We pulls up to place an order. They have a sign about nut allergy. I asked about the oil they fry their food in. The young girl like I don't know ok Kool. Can you ask someone, yes I'll ask my manager. Oh my manager doesn't know. Well can you call someone who do knows. We don't have time to look and see what we use. I explained that the baby is allergic to nuts if I order the food and she has an reaction I'm coming after this location because she ate from here. Oh well that's fine. I called the number for the area manager. Her mailbox is full.I don't get it every restaurant is willing to give the answer but this location. I will be calling the GM in the morning if need to the DM. Not happy
