They always do the wrong style that I ordered. I ordered with my money, and they did wrong to my drink intentionally? What happen with this store?

I've been using this campus Starbucks for two and a half years and it only ever gets worse not better. They're frequently out of half the menu. It's consistently the slowest Starbucks experience I've ever had. I'm talking 20 minutes to make something when I'm the only person there kind of slow, if there's a line it can easily be 30+. The service is terrible and it always seems like the people behind the counter would rather be anywhere else and they're annoyed you're there getting a drink or a snack. After more than 2 years and zero improvement, I'd rather there not be a Starbucks here at all than have this mockery on campus.

Food is good but the service could really use some work. They ignored my questions about drinks to help a customer behind me. I was giving my order and they told me to step out of line because I was taking to long. I ended up leaving and going to another coffee shop near by. I don’t recommend this place. The coffee is expensive but I thought they would compensate that for good service.

Kid-friendliness: It has a good atmosphere for kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, a wheelchair can easily fit into here

I asked for extra pumpkin spice and saw them not put any at all. When I asked them if they put it in, they said yes. Lied to my face lol

Was stuck between choosing the iced apple crisp macchiato or the pumpkin spice cold brew. I asked the barista ( I think his name is Sergio ) which one he thinks taste better and he said he could make me a sort of a mix of both . It turned out really good and I’m glad he was able to make that for me .

I could not find the entrance. Its hidden away in a campus building. Not a real starbucks.

This Starbucks is the worst location I’ve ever visited.Worst customer service out the thousands I’ve been to. They never have any almond milk. Is it only busy because it’s conveniently placed in the middle of a college campus ? I wish a could say the same as all the other reviews.
