This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been. Every time we go (my daughter and I) they said, they run out of something, their machine is broken, they not longer have the product anymore, they don’t, they don’t, they don’t. Even my daughter ask for several options of coffee the other day, and after they kept saying no, no,no, at the end she asked for a refresher and they also said no. What kind of place is that? Today I just gave up, I asked for a sugar free vanilla late and they said again no, so what’s the point of keep wasting my time trying to get a coffee from there.

I was excited to get a grilled cheese sandwich and my custom drink. I walk in way before it closes, and they said they couldn’t make the grilled cheese sandwich. This already made my experience worse. Then I got my drink confused, they didn’t add the passion tea that I asked for on top. I asked if they could add it because maybe they forgot. They then replied saying that they didn’t have any left. They didn’t say this until I payed and got my drink. I couldn’t do anything about it then, so this ruined my day since I hardly treat myself.

Half the employees here read the directions or intuitively know how to make coffee. But dear God there is one person in particular that doesn't know how to make anything and it's just so annoying. I go to Starbucks almost everyday and I hate going to this one because it's always 50/50. The lady working today doesn't know how to make a frapp she doesn't know that the Carmel brulee doesn't come with praline syrup I am unsure if she even knows she has an ingredient list for the coffees she is making instead of just free handing it. This is ridiculous
