I’m not the type to leave online reviews, except for this time… The drink itself is delicious, but I know you guys are capable of mixing the matcha powder more evenly, right? Out of the 10 times I’ve ordered a matcha latte here, about 8 times the powder was still clumpy like this. That’s really the only downside😿

I didn’t get the name of the barista who took my order tonight but i came basically 10 minutes to closing because i had a bad day and was severely craving a drink, i came up and apologized and asked if they were still taking orders, he was so polite and took my order than gave it to me FOR FREE. I hope that barista pillow is cold on both sides tonight!!

I’ve been coming here for years and there’s a cashier name, Jewel, who every single time I have to have interactions with this woman I dread I bit my tongue bit my tongue a number of times and it’s getting to the point where I’m gonna snap back she is disrespectful. She’s rude. She’s short with everybody I don’t dare her God forbid she’s working come back in or even say my drink is made wrong because then you get even more attitude from her. Somebody needs to do something with this woman because it makes customers uncomfortable. I don’t even wanna come into this store when I see her car pulled out front because I know what I’m gonna be dealing with when I walked through those doors..

Customer service is terrible. Tried to order coffee. They were cleaning the machine no coffee want to charge me five dollars for an Americano when I just wanted a coffee. So much better before Covid. Not sure what they’re doing, but they are not very good here.

Jewel the cashier for drive thru is extremely rude. Extremely nasty attitude has no business being in customer service. This is the 3rd time we’ve come here while she’s working and she’s had a bad attitude Everytime. Every other cashier is friendly

I usually never have a bad experience here. the staff is amazing except for one person who is always unpleasant JEWEL. She is always rude and her tone always sounds likes she's fed up. She's quick to give you attitude. I asked her a question about my payment and she raised her voice at me and told me" you should have told me earlier! No!" Not to mention she always messes drinks up and and of course has attitude. It's like she gives you what she wants. I have called corporate on her a few times I still don't understand how they let her work there if she dosent even have good customer service. Let's see how long she'll continue working there.
So they get a 5 star just because they are apart of the Starbucks family however THIS LOCATION IS NOTHING COMPARED TO THE GRAYSON LOCATION upon walking through these doors you RECEIVE NO SUCH THING AS A WELCOME IN well at least I didn’t nor did I hear it for the next few customers who entered I didn’t eat or drink anything so I can’t say as for atmosphere the building smells clean and feels SOOOOOO PEACEFUL

I've ordered a hot Caramel Macchiato with soy milk this morning and they made it with regular milk. I understand that mistakes can happen but I am extremely lactose intolerant and I'm in so much pain. Please be careful making people drink. Thank you're
