⸻ , I’d like to speak to the manager regarding a serious issue with my drink. Could you please let me know who I can talk to?

I felt extremely unwell after drinking this coffee—nauseous and dizzy. This place really needs to be investigated. The barista who made my coffee didn’t put any label on it, and I saw that she mixed espresso and cold brew together, even though I only ordered a cold brew. The coffee tasted terrible—almost like it was from the day before. Just a few sips made me feel dizzy and sick. The air inside was also unpleasant. I’ve never been to such a disgusting place. I’m very disappointed, and this place seriously needs to be inspected—for both hygiene and staff behavior.

I attempted to get my iced oat milk gingerbread chai tea latte on 1/25 (which i ordered the day before) and Jay told me they didn’t have oat milk and that they would have to go into the target store to take the oat milk off the shelf. I told her that I had time and that I would wait. She then goes into a room to the right close by and grabs oat milk. She over poured the milk, foamed it and attempted to keep the rest of the foam. I asked for a bigger cup and for all the foam to bet put in the bigger cup and she used weaponized incompetence to make it seem as though she didn’t understand. She also made the drink different than the lady the day before made it. I will not be returning here. I will drive to Swanee. And if Swanee & Lawrenceville keeps pretending that they can’t make that drink. I will be making my own coffee.

Staffs are so helpful and friendly. I come to this Target all the time and always have good experience with staffs at this location!!

I am a regular customer, all of them make bad coffee and only two of them make good coffee, Tina and Mo. Today, I knew Mo was working today, however when Mo was about to make my order, the other worker pushed Mo to the side and made my drink. I wanted get my money back by then but I’ve already complaint to about this lady once, and I don’t want to complain again. The drink was terrible, so I recommend not coming to this shop

They are highly stocked.

Staff was really cool but found bits of plastic in my drink. 0/10, don’t recommend.

If you want service do not go inside. They will walk right by you standing at the counter and not speak. The guy inside walked by me twice and didn’t speak so I got back in my car and went to the drive through to order. How annoying is that?! I don’t mind waiting but the least you could do is greet your customers!

Just drive a few more minutes to go to the Starbucks on Phillips Blvd. I received the most rude customer service by Allison who works the drive thru. I guess she was irritated because my drink (Strawberry Acai Lemonade) wasn't made correctly, and instead of a remake I just wanted a refund.Just go elsewhere, the customer service is trash and the drinks are even worse.

90% sure I got an awful stomach bug from this location. I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe. Didn’t eat anything different from my family besides this.Teen who gave the order didn’t call out the name on the drink so I had to rotate the drink to see if it was mine.Won’t be eating here again.

A place like this needs two people with an attitude to work and provide good service, but they don't have it. It's a low quality of service and very bad attention, there are no products. abandoned store

Wanted a coffee. Went inside, no line. Ordered quickly. Had my large black coffee fast. My wife cup of Fru-fru took awhile. All was good. Service polite. Drive thru was empty 1 minute, slammed the next.

Parking: Park in their space, drive thru may lock you in. Park in front of another business but be careful.

Went to get a drink and a snack yesterday afternoon. The workers looked tired and overwhelmed. I looked at the pastries and sandwiches inside the food stand covered in flies. This used to be an ok Starbucks but after seeing that I turned right around.
