I ordered the new winter drinks, sugar cookie latte, when i got it it was watered down, it wasn’t even a coffee anymore it was just water, also no foam on it or the sprinkles whatsoever, i’m not usally the type to write a review but it’s always this starbucks that never makes the drink right nor do they put any effort in it

I work for uber & this is the main Starbucks I pick up from. I love this store, the team is very nice and efficient, I am never waiting for more than 10 mins for orders compared to other Starbucks. I do want to shout out Kelsey who is one of the managers here, she always make sure I am seen and that I have everything I need for orders. She’s extremely kind and you can tell her team enjoys working with her. She also always ask me about my cats and how my day is going.

I'm at the drive-thru. I order two coffees, a mocha and a latte. They give me the mocha and ask me to wait in front of the store for the latte. They handed me the coffee a few minutes later with a double cup. It wasn't what I ordered. The cup was dirty, and the coffee looked awful!

They mess up my simple order EVERY time . It’s so frustrating because I don’t ask for anything custom or a bunch of ingredients. It’s always wrong, and they always have to remake it. They say the machine isn’t calibrated etc but no other location is this inconsistent. Very frustrating. Not coming back even tho it’s 3 mins from my house: id rather drive out of my way to no waste my money and time.
