The burgers were raw and cold and the onion rings were cold also. We told the greeter our food was cold and she said sorry. 13.00 and your sorry. You should have gotten me another burger done and hot onion rings. Never coming back here again shitty service shitty Food.

Thai place is a joke! If you ask for everything on the burger, it is only considered ketchup, onions and pickles. The burger was flavorless, IT IS CALLED SALT!!!! What a waste of $9.10. McDonald’s would have been better. Not going back

Check their health rating. It’s conveniently placed far above anyone’s head that if you need glasses, you can’t read it without standing on your tippy toes. It’s bad maybe that’s why. I ordered a burger and fries. The fries were saturated in grease they took fries that had been sitting in the heat lamp and dipped them in the grease to reheat them and then serve them to me twice. The burger was slightly undercooked. The onions were not caramelized and the sandwich was not put together neatly. When I asked to get my fries cooked fresh all I got was lip service in Spanish. She also turned around and spoke in Spanish to the other employees that were standing there. If I pay good money to come to a place to eat I expect to be treated as a guest not an enemy. I won’t be back this place sucks. This is really a negative star review. The only thing decent was was how clean it was inside.

Now there is a kiosk you must order on that asks you for a tip. There was no soap in the bathrooms or paper towels. The burger in the picture had massive onion rings and the one we got had a couple little pieces of fried onion, less than one strip. Cheese sauce tasted sour like it has been sitting out for a long time.

After multiple attempts to try calling the store to let the manager know that my order was incorrect after getting home and it wasn’t the person who took the order. It was the line Cook who screwed it up. I suggest you go in or try to find another steak ‘n Shake. If you want your food correct this happens four out of five times that I visit this steak ‘n Shake.

It’s all self service now. Order & pay up front at kiosk, no option to speak with anyone like even McDonald’s does! Pick up your tray at the counter, bus your own dirty table. Basically an automat. Burger is somehow not as good either. Never again!

Came in angry at the new kiosk machines they had installed up front and within seconds Isabella came up and greeted us and helped me and my mom out. She was so incredibly friendly and patient and helpful. She absolutely saved the day and made both of our evenings. GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!!!!!

You have to order a kiosk and the staff does not speak or interact with you at all. Some of the tables were dirty inside and it just seems like a cold place to be now no warm with anyone. It’s almost self service except for the cooks in the kitchen..
