Drive thru is TERRIBLE!!!! I drove off after two people couldn't get my #8 order correct. I will NEVER go to this location EVER again. I will make sure all of my employees will not either. Called 5 times to complain no one picked up the phone. I will just go to the location on the good side of time cause this location is a BIG NO!!

Went at noon on a Sunday. Place was emptied. Have to order at a kiosk. Employees don't even acknowledge customers. Steak 'n Shake is a depressing place to eat. I highly recommend Freddy's over this place. At least Freddy's has employees that acknowledge the existence of their customers.

Even though there was lunch time on a Sunday and only two other people eating there, the fries were cold and tasted old. Burger was ok.

Drive-thru workers were very kind and efficient. Unfortunately, however, many times when you ask for a chocolate Reese's milkshake, the shake they give you doesn't actually have a chocolate base. This has happened to me several times.

Feels like this place is owned by robots. And staff are super dry. When ordering it says to wait to be called but some lady in a red shirt puts the tray on the counter call out a number and walks away. This company has definitely lost all the passion of great dining. They need to go ahead and change the classic pictures on the wall to robots

Mia was great! Came through a bit late on a Saturday and her customer service was AMAZING. Definitely some of the best customer service I’ve had at a Steak n Shake.

Allow me to begin by stating that I would have considered providing a less favorable rating. I visited this establishment on July 6, 2025, at approximately 9:11 PM.

Initially, I was not greeted upon arrival. Furthermore, my order was not prepared. I had requested a milkshake, a sandwich, and fries.

Upon noticing that my milkshake lacked a straw, I inquired with the young gentleman. He then directed my request to the young lady who was attending to me. She responded rather abruptly, indicating that the straws were located in the back near the Coke machine. She seemed preoccupied with returning to the back, engaging in conversations with other staff members without offering any assistance. Her behavior was notably unprofessional, and I believe that improvements are needed in the staffing and training of your associates. I do not intend to revisit this location in the future, as this type of experience seems to be consistent.

Absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is bright and spotless, and the staff radiate friendliness. My food arrived piping hot and in record time! Mr. Doug is truly a gem; he genuinely cares about his clients. This place has officially claimed the title of my all-time favorite burger spot!

I am writing to formally report a disappointing experience I had during my recent visit to your location.

The worker or food expediter who assisted me was extremely rude. My order was incorrect, and when I explained that it was supposed to be carry-out, not dine-in, she became visibly irritated. She slammed the items on the counter and acted unprofessionally. In addition, both of the milkshakes I ordered were only half full.

I asked to speak to a manager, and another staff member told me I couldn’t—saying that the manager wouldn’t offer a refund anyway. When the manager, Douglas, finally came out, he was not apologetic and seemed unconcerned about the rudeness and behavior of his staff.

Douglas claimed that he removed the charge and issued a refund, but he did not provide a receipt. When I politely asked for one for my records, he became defensive and rude. I simply wanted confirmation that I had not received my order and that my payment was being refunded properly. Eventually, he signed a receipt and wrote “payment deleted,” but I felt uncomfortable and dismissed throughout the interaction.

This experience was unacceptable, and I sincerely hope this is not the standard of customer service your business upholds. I’m sure I am not the only customer who has encountered this kind of treatment.

My experience here was great. I ordered through the drive thru on May 24th, 2025, and the customer service is great. I was helped by Luna and Katy, they had great communication skills and treated me with respect and kindness. My food was great overall. This place deserves more recognition and everybody should come eat here. 10/10

Ordered in app. Arrived right when they opened with no customers in the store. They still managed to get part of my order missing. Thank goodness I checked the order in the parking lot or I would have been more upset.
