The Subway location at 2380 Buford Dr in Lawrenceville is exactly what you need when you want a quality meal that is both cheap and best, and served lightning-fast. The staff here truly makes the difference. Every time I visit, I'm met with friendly faces and genuinely great people who are focused and efficient. It's clean, well-maintained, and the layout makes the whole experience comfortable and easy. Subway remains the best option for a quick, customizable meal that doesn't break the bank. Rude staff š¤¢ reading these reviews, I 100% agree. I pick up uber eats and DoorDash orders here often and I hate to lose business but, I agree, this place should shut down. If you want real service, 1475 Buford Dr, Lawrenceville in the Kroger shopping center is less than 10 mins away and you get happier people. Worth!

AWFUL AWFUL SUBWAY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUDINESS. They opened their store 15 minutes late. Then once inside the one employee proceeded to ignore me for another 10 mins. Then once I was allowed to order I was told the Subway would not honor my Subway coupon. They donāt care about customers and donāt honor Subway coupons. Itās very clear this subway is privately owned and just want to get as much money from customers as possible and doesnāt care about customer service.

Agreed to contract with this location for pregame sandwiches on behalf of a middle school athletic team. Manager quoted me terms and prices for all meals from Nov - Jan which included any sandwich on the menu (even confirmed via text). When submitting our first order she tried to take away one sandwich option, then 3 days later took away more options, resulting in half the choices needing to be changed. When I requested she honor the terms SHE offered when we connected, her tone changed and she became very unprofessional, even attacking me on a personal level. We have changed vendors and will not be giving subway any more of our business.

Upon arrival we were exceptionally greeted by the workers. I ordered the pizza. I added onions, green peppers, black beautiful olives, pepper, parmesan and topped with creamy chipotle. I asked for more onions and the worker added āoneā onion to it, and walked quickly over to the oven to put it in and didnāt ask me anything else. I asked her why did she add only 1 onion after I asked for extra. She replied that sheād already put extra onions on it by āmistakeā which I found very interesting as I am the paying customer and I usually add extra veggies to my pizza and/or sub. I asked her that I would like more onions added to it, meanwhile she never took the pizza out the oven to fulfill my requests. She then stated, āwe cannot add anything extra to it, but I added it as you are a customerā. Huh????š¤ I asked her, ā you can add the extra charge to it because I would like extra onionsā. She went on to say there is no āchargeā for extra that she can ring upā. I politely said oh ok. We paid for our meal and left. I quickly went to the survey, but unfortunately their store number is not generated as a part of the Subway surveys. That is what brought me here. I have never in the history of eating at Subway, have anyone ever tell me I cannot have extra onions, and there is no charge for it. Well just add the onions. What harm does that do lady? Sheās so weird. That is terrible customer service to TELL someone. Customer service is about accommodating your guest. I did not ask for anything beyond what they can not do. Itās simple. You simply charge me a price of a cookie or something, I donāt care. I wanted extra onions. You should be ashamed of yourself lady and you need to take a class before serving people in the customer service world or have someone else to do it. Very petty. Very stingy. There is no shortage of onions anywhere in the world. Just terrible!
Also. I called the store and asked for a manager and the person said they are not there. I asked for the managers contact number and she says thatās she didnāt have it. I asked for the store location # and she said she didnāt know it. I asked if there was someone else that worked there that knew the store number and she says no. Something is very interesting about that. Yall are giving yourself a bad rapsheet.

I dont think ive ever been dissapointed over a ham and cheese sandwich from subway ever. But today im extremely dissapointed in my sub. As soon as I took a bite of it I was disgusted. The lettuce might very well be EXPIRED. I tried eating my sub because ive already paid for it so I took the lettuce off as much as I could and im just speechless. A health inspector definitely needs to look into this store. You can make people sick over a simple ham and cheese sandwich.
