Food took long and asked for a simple water cup and was told I had to pay when I’ve got water cups from other subways in the past with mo problem and they were “out of bbq”

What is going on at this Subway? Having the same issues everyone else seems to be having. Some lady spam cancels my order, and suggests I paid full price instead of using these valid coupons. Imagine having zero integrity for like $5 in extra tips. I'm assuming that's why she did it. On top of that debacle, the order was wrong.

Whomever the See You Next Tuesday woman was, who crafted these incomplete sandwiches at 10:53 am on June 9th, needs to find a different career path (?) Clearly doing the bare minimum of making at least one sandwich right is too much work.

Also can y'all have a shower? Last time I went in face to face, the place smelled like cumin and B.O. Go here if you're a fan of bad service, and not getting what you paid full price for.

Don't expect to get any good service at this Subway location. If you have any style coupon they will try and cancel your order or skimp you out of your food. Never try to order online on this either. I have had multiple times my order is completely wrong.

I hate having to drive around finding a decent subway. This one won't allow you to built your own sandwich with steak in it, meaning you can not even add lettuce to it!!! Horrible!!!

Me and my wife went in and we were quickly greeted, and the guy took his time because my family can be a little confusing. He also offered different price options which was not visible at least not by me and I was impressed because he didn’t lose his patience and usually when I go to Subway lately at other locations, that’s been the issue but was this guy I don’t know if we just caught it at the right time, but he was very polite Very patient and they was fair pricing which we didn’t mind spending. I recommend this establishment to others.

I went to this Subway and asked if they offered the $6.99 FL special. I was told that I needed to have a paper coupon. My husband suggested that I order online to get the special. When I logged in it gave me a FLBOGO to use. Upon using this coupon one of the employees had to call and get permission to make my order. I'm sure if I wasn't there my order would have been cancelled. When I got home I opened the sub to add the dressing and couldn't find the meat. The other sub barely had any meat or toppings. I contacted the store to request a refund. I gave my name/number per employee request. The owner calls me 5 mins later stating that the sandwich was made per their specifications and I could not get a refund. I'm looking at the newest reviews and smh. My opinion is to run far away from this Subway.

Ordered 2 subs on the app with cheese and other items. Got home and had two subs with no cheese and missing other ingredients we selected on the app. Previously this location gave me a sub with ingredients I did not order.

This place was dirty and even worse when I asked for a cup for water
They told us there is no cups for water and you have to buy a drink to have a cup for water
I have been in too many subways in different locations but this is a first time that they ask money for a cup to just have water from machine not even bottle

I went to this store today and the lettuce , tomato's, and pickles all looked bad. My sandwich looks bare.
Not the 1 st time I have had issues with this store. Owner is non responsive

I went in last night to grab a sub last night. The employees were standing behind the counter ready to make the sub.
The young lady who was going to make my sub kept picking at her face while I was walking up. She reached for a glove, grabbed one, picked at her face again, near her nose. She continued to process as if she was putting the glove on. I walked out. I will not be eating here.

If you like veggies then go in person so you can make them put the amount you want on it. I’m pretty sure they skimp on the meat as well, I go to a subway in Alpharetta as well and the sandwich feels full but here you barely get anything at all. Don’t order online go in person or just go elsewhere, jersey mikes is 5 minutes down the road and you at least get what you pay for there.

Went last night to get a sandwich, and literally had to ask the guy to put more cheese because he only put THREE pieces for a FOOTLONG and wasn’t covering half of the sandwich - he had the audacity to tell me that was extra and charged. Asked to get cucumber, and he put TWO slices ln the whole sandwich. Worst place to order, never had issues with portions and quantity. Never coming back to this location.

I just read thru the reviews of others, these guys always seems to cancel the orders that comes with FLBOGO. They cancelled my order too, when I visited for pickup got to know that my order was cancelled with no reason. The guy was very rude and fraud, did NOT refund for the cancelled order.

This location had ??flies, the ingredients did NOT look fresh & their toaster didn’t even toast my bread smh definitely not coming back to this location ? and by the way after 1 bite I threw half of that dreadful sandwich away & the other gave it to some homeless guy.
