Wow……… I should’ve read the reviews prior to ordering here. The photos of the sandwiches people put on here are not exaggerations. This is exactly how they make their food. Soggy old tomatoes, 5 pieces of teriyaki chicken, no cheese. Thank god I used a $6 coupon so I only wasted $6. I am at a loss for words. How can a business be so stingy with their ingredients? Do they not want to stay open? I hope they close down because this is awful. I ordered on line by the way, so I couldn’t see it as it was being made. I picked up my order (2 6 inch sandwiches) the bag was so light that I thought they were missing a sandwich. Nope, just empty sandwiches.

So shady with ingredients..I only ordered here because other subway closed due to the weather but never coming back. Go to one on Duluth Hwy. only 5 minutes away from this place.

We were dining in the food court today. My husband was at a restaurant next door and my daughter spilt her drink on the floor by the table we were sitting at. I yelled at my husband to get napkins. Everyone at the restaurant next door he was ordering at was in the back making food. My husband peeked his head over to the subway employee who was standing there available and asked for a bunch of napkins because we spilt a drink in the middle of the food court. The subway employee gave him 2 napkins, he asked for more, he said no, you ordered over there, ask them. When my husband returned with the 2 napkins, I went back over to the subway worker and said since you only gave us 2 napkins to clean up this large spill can you please call someone to clean it up. He said yes, he never called anyone. We left with the spill on the floor. We cleaned up as much as possible. So, if anyone slipped and fell today 1/18/26 around 12:00 in the food court. Go ahead and contact me because you have a great lawsuit.

Worst Subway experience ever.
I’ve been eating Subway my whole life and not once have I paid $14 for one damn pizza. I added protein—sure, it should’ve cost $10 max, but $14? That’s just shady. And no, it’s not about the money—I wouldn’t have even posted this if it was just about that. But the lady’s nasty attitude is what did it for me..was refused to give sauce on the side and acted like I was begging for something out of her own pocket. On top of that, they overcharged me, and didn’t even explain anything. To top it off, the receipt doesn’t even say PIZZA
So if you ever go there, check your damn receipt before you leave, or they’ll try to trick you.
SUBWAY… seriously,get your staff some manners.

First of all, if the employees from the subway have a problem because people use coupons.. They should talk to the subway marketing.… they sent 2-4 different pages of coupons to my mail… and it is exactly the number of times that I buy at Subway 2-4 times a month. So every time that I go subway some of them do not accept coupons which is fine, I just walk away... But when I order online they ask if I have a coupon and of course, I do so I will upload it. Then when I go to pick up the sandwich at the location specifically to this location. It's the worst... Super Stingy people and the food has not even felt like real food… I ate it just because I was too hungry and I am a very busy person and I had no time to go somewhere else. But with the NAPKINS!!!! They can only give you one.… and in the sandwich (I will upload the picture of what I order) I ask for less jalapeños and less chipotle sauce and they add more jalapeños and sauce than the meat (beef). When I finish eating it was the most horrible feeling... My stomach feels empty felt if I do not even eat anything…. The only real flavor was the chipotle sauce…. Omggg sooo Stingy the sandwich is less than 1/3 of a real sandwich.… I love every single person no matter their ethnicity but almost every time this happens to me... I received service from an Indian person.…. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

As a restaurant manager, I pride myself on not going back n forth with customers today I visited you guys local shopping mall subway & experience smart mouth behavior from the person working the front line on July 18th 2:45 pm as I told buddy to stop talking to me he insisted on going back n forth trying to have the last word.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Owner complaining to me that I ordered “more” for some ingredients and used BOGO offer.. then why participating in those offers in the first place? Then when I checked the sandwiches, no cheeses and barely any ingredients in there.. couldn’t have asked for a worse customer experience.. just wow

My sandwich hardly had any toppings in it. I thought it might have been an off day until I saw the review that confirmed they are VERY frugal with portions. My sandwich was put in a Walmart bag and it had one napkin. I’m definitely sticking to my usual Subway place because this was NOT it.

This is a money grab. They charged me $15 for three pieces of bread with nothing in them. I don't recommend it. As a customer, I can say, don't shop at this store in the Sugarloaf Mall. Very bad.

Subway is in mall so only convenient if you are already inside. Food is good but owners VERY frugal with food portions, napkins, AND even charge for basic soda refills!!, I eat at Subways frequently and this one would not be a location I would frequent again.

This subway is located in the food court of sugarloaf mills outlet mall. I ordered the $8 6 inch sub meal of the day & was well worth it. Will always have a healthy option for all types of dietary restrictions. Staff is great, place was neat, & food was good.
