No sliders. Why bother advertising this new item? After repeated radio ads I decided to try them. Stop by, waited for someone in the store finally come out and acknowledge the customer had entered, then only to be told there were no sliders. So, I went to the Publix Deli and bought several Footlong sandwiches for my family.

Work next door and have bought sandwiches many times, so have my coworkers. Never had to use the restroom there till today and got called out by the manager saying "yall need to star adking before using our restroom without buying anything" uhm.. I purchased a sandwich there not an hour before. And we are not STRANGERS off the street coming in and trashing his restroom.. We are neighbors who bring him business daily! Someone from my store gets something from subway every day. So for him to call me out like that was rude and un-neighborly. And the whole attitude he had about it was unfriendly and unwelcoming. So I will not be spending money there any more. And ill be telling my coworkers about this

When the new owner took over things were looking up but sadly over time the food quality has been severely lacking. Food just doesn't taste right and the cookies...I never knew how horrible a cookie could taste until here recently. The soda fountain has tasted disgusting too, almost moldy like the fountain heads aren't being cleaned. It really is a bummer that you only get good service/food when the owner is working.

My husband begged me to take the time to acknowledge this particular subway. He stated not only was the customer service amazing but the staff took the time to go over and beyond with their cleanliness. Most subways have the black containers that hold the ready to serve toppings. This particular subway lines there containers first then places the toppings inside. Thank you!

It's 9:47pm and they are locked up tight. I got here at 9:30pm, sign reads '10pm close'. No sign explaining early closing. Bad business practices.

Black guy who made my sub was a complete idiot. He must have felt some kind of way after listening to my conversation with another customer. Anyway,when it came to adding toppings, I asked for bannanas and onion sauce. He said " the fruit?". I just looked at him. Now if the fruit was an option,I would've specified. I asked if bannana the fruit was an option? He said yeah!! Lol It in the back.(back of the store) If I wasn't Hungary and if I wasn't being treated to lunch would've left. After he moved me along,he went on to the next customer whom received and thank you sir and have a nice day. Lmao!!! I'm giving a 2 star for the cashier who was very nice and helpful.

01/25/2018 I don't know what it is but these people are dead. Went inside asked for a specific type of bread and the lady asked me what bread I wanted. No biggie, I told her again and when she brought it out she then proceeded to put tuna on it. I was like no no no, i never asked for tuna and she argued that i had. Lady, i hate tuna so there's no way I'd ask for it. Ever. Then i asked for bacon and she forgot to add it on. For the second sub I was getting after asking for chicken and bacon, the other lady started automatically putting green peppers on it! And I was like nooo, lady, I did NOT ask for peppers. They do not like peppers and I'd never ask for them. These women were not old, didn't wear hearing aids, so what was the problem?! What I didn't want they added and what I wanted they didn't. They need to get better organized, they need to stop getting distracted and start paying attention. It isn't that hard to do. Won't be going there again.
