I used the Subway app to redeem the promotion for the 4th Footlong for free because I ordered 3 Footlong just 3 days back from the same store. The app accepted the offer for that store. Just 15 mins before pickup, a lady from the store called and said that they cancelled the order because they didn't honor the promotion! When I tried to reorder from a different store, the promotion was no longer available for me.

Went here to get subway for the family while doing some shopping. I’ve been to many different Subways and they all accepted my special request of getting just a toasted white bread footlong for my little one. However, I went here as normal and asked for it, but not only did the worker refuse my request, she did it in a really mean way. Straight up yelling at my face she can’t and won’t do it. A simple no would of sufficed. I took my other subs and left right after. Never coming back to this subway; I’m not putting up with that blatant disrespect.

worst subway ever . I went to eat here on my lunch break , I spilled something on the table by accident so I asked for napkins then proceeded to grab some and the manager snatched them from me telling me I can’t have ANY from here if not physically buying food from here . She proceeded to say more rude and disrespectful comments .

this subway is the worst , i ordered online and they threw whatever they wanted on my sandwich then didn’t answer the phone or give me a refund. and if the worker who made my sandwich , or any worker infact who see this i want my fade !!

Service is terrible stop giving these people your money i paid 6 dollars for my six inch gave no tip because of the way they treated my associate when they asked for napkins i came back and they charged me 8 dollars for the exact same sandwich i should really get the cashier fired but it’s ok what goes around comes around get a new staff subway. The light skin boy in the back in yalls best employee and needs to be the manager very respectful and helpful.

Went in with coupons I received in the mail. I was told they did not take coupons. I would have to pay full price or go to another location. The owner argued with me and told me he had to survive too! He hand me genetic napkins and bag. I will be speaking with subway corporate tomorrow!

Its fine when you order in person. But i definitely dont recommend ordering online. They dont pay attention to what the order says. They adds things you didnt want or mix what you wanted. Nor do they have many options for chips unlike in person. ordering in person is better.

Im convinced that only complete morons work here, because every time I order a BLT I'm sent a Italian BMT. That's enough said, I feel. Eat here at your own risk.

Dietary restrictions: They can't read an order, better not expect them to pay any attention if you're allergic to anything on their menu. It will be on your sandwich. Even if you specify something totally different.

This is the first time I have ever seen an employee who is so unfriendly and uses an angry tone towards customers. Sandwiches are $15 each. I pay for almost one meal, but the kindness of the lady staff is nowhere to be found. now 10:35 am

Im a regular at this location, not by choice their attitude always sucks and the service is never good. don’t order from off the app because u cant leave a bad review or anything fixed about the food you’ve paid to eat that was made incorrectly.NO oil NO vinegar NO MAYO NO
