I'm pissed because I didn't get what I paid for. I paid for double meat, and the associate did not put double meat on my sandwich, while tellong he did. So, won't go there again. Sandwich was not what I expected or hoped for. Highly disappointed

I worked a 14 hour shift, ordered online for pickup and paid before hand, went in to the store only for them to tell me my order had been voided. I did not cancel the order at all and the payment already went through. Even after showing them proof of this they told me there was nothing they could do. Thanks a lot for nothing.

This is the second time I purchase from this subway and they over charge me $5. Check your receipts!

The WORST customer experience I’ve ever had at subway and I’ve been to many around Atlanta . The Owner and his wife are extremely rude. Their food is never fresh and was horrible. The tomatoes were dry, the tuna didn’t even taste like tuna and the white bread was hard. I asked for a refund back for the food I ate and the owner and his wife started yelling at me and told me not to come back. JUST because I said I wanted a refund. I said the bread was stale and he said it was hard because I wanted it toasted. He then preceded to call the cops JUST because I asked for a refund. I told him and his wife that I’m not going to argue with them I just needed a number to call and complain. They continued to scream at me. Not once did I raise my voice.

Never coming back here again.

It’s always the damn brown people with Shyt service my sandwich wasn’t cut he didn’t even try to fold it and close the sandwich properly I had to redo the sandwich myself before I left. Just shyt people and service. Food prep was very nice though.

Hands down the cleanest and most well kept subway I've been in, in a while. Who ever runs it takes pride in his work and it shows with the cleanliness and and well the prep is done.

I frequent the Riverside subway so everyone knows me. During the day that crew is wired. I went in today and The Hispanic lady was offended bc I was kind with small talk..... The man was awkward and rushing me out. After I was attempting to compliment his culture bc everyone is great buy a box of Crayola...... Not sure if it's management is to stuck up and harsh on rules. Not sure if sure if simple kindness is such a awkward thing. Regardless The night crew is awesome and make you feel comfortable great bedside Manor.

Disappointed in my recent order. We ordered 2 Great Garlic sandwiches because it’s our favorites. We are extremely disappointed. It was not made as ordered. It is missing ingredients which means missing flavor and just missed the mark… still hungry, very disappointed, $36.57 later…
