This location gave me sandwiches that were primarily bread, ordered online but I could tell something was off based on the weight, got home and my sandwiches were mainly bread with very minimal toppings, worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten from subway ever. retention is key to successful business and I can assure you this location will not be open long if you keep shorting your source of income

I go to this Subway a lot because I enjoy Subway and it’s in my neighborhood. But the manager here consistently fixes sandwiches with less meat then Subway requires.He is cheating the neighborhood he’s cheating his customers!!!

This subway always gives me problems with the coupons they send to my house definitely recommend y’all to put up a sign that y’all are not PARTICIPATING IN YALL OWN COUPONS !!! & instead of giving great customer service & helping for the misunderstanding they shut you down thanks to mr.Patel & his staff member for the poor customer service 😀😀

I get the same sandwhich every time I go to Subway, so I have become quite used to it. A Footlong Tuna is supposed to have 4 scoops of Tuna and resulting sandwhich is fairly consistant, as to the amount of Tuna which results.Tried to watch as the Tuna Scoops were being applied, however this resturant has installed a stainless steel panel to block your view of the sandwhich being made. While I only saw the sandwhich builder go through the scooping motion 3 times rather than the required 4, I did not actually have a clear view. The paper thin layer of Tuna on the resulting sandwhich, however cemented my belief I had been ripped off. I doubt even the 3 scoops I believe I got were FULL SCOOPS. Had the same sandwhich yesterday at another Subway in the Kroger shopping center on Buford Drive & Russell Rd, and the quantity of Tuna was significantly greater. Not going back.

I'm pissed because I didn't get what I paid for. I paid for double meat, and the associate did not put double meat on my sandwich, while tellong he did. So, won't go there again. Sandwich was not what I expected or hoped for. Highly disappointed

I worked a 14 hour shift, ordered online for pickup and paid before hand, went in to the store only for them to tell me my order had been voided. I did not cancel the order at all and the payment already went through. Even after showing them proof of this they told me there was nothing they could do. Thanks a lot for nothing.
This is the second time I purchase from this subway and they over charge me $5. Check your receipts!

The WORST customer experience I’ve ever had at subway and I’ve been to many around Atlanta . The Owner and his wife are extremely rude. Their food is never fresh and was horrible. The tomatoes were dry, the tuna didn’t even taste like tuna and the white bread was hard. I asked for a refund back for the food I ate and the owner and his wife started yelling at me and told me not to come back. JUST because I said I wanted a refund. I said the bread was stale and he said it was hard because I wanted it toasted. He then preceded to call the cops JUST because I asked for a refund. I told him and his wife that I’m not going to argue with them I just needed a number to call and complain. They continued to scream at me. Not once did I raise my voice.

It’s always the damn brown people with Shyt service my sandwich wasn’t cut he didn’t even try to fold it and close the sandwich properly I had to redo the sandwich myself before I left. Just shyt people and service. Food prep was very nice though.
