Old lady charged me overprice and automatically added tip for 6 inch sub. She told me she doesn't know how to refund it. I hate it how they run their business and never going back this place.

I wish I read their reviews before going here. It was about 8:30p.m. however, it appeared they were ready to close. The vegetables were wilted, and the icing on my cake was having to ask the guy to change his gloves, after he was moping the floors as we entered. Never again!!!

I didn't mean to leave one star. I actually meant to leave zero stars. This restaurant always disappoints and they are very stingy with the protein ingredients.
I walked in today and saw a young man stocking the cooler in those really ugly Nike slippers and was wondering to myself how those could be work appropriate. This leads me to wonder if they even bother doing things like washing their hands or hot and cold holding at correct temperatures.
The only reason I eat here is because it is very close and convenient to work.
The sandwiches are always thrown together and over the years Subway has clearly started making their meat portions smaller and smaller to combat rising prices. The cold cut combo that I got has meat on it that is paper thin. It's just not good.

There's a wing and sandwich place in the strip that may force them to start caring abiut their customers again, so maybe try the wing place before you hit this subway as a last resort.
I do have to give it one star, however, because they did try to at least give me a napkin. Bathroom dispenser napkins are the perfect accompanying utensil for what they're serving.

Subway really need to do research on who they allow to be a franchise owner? These people have bad customer service and never want to give discounts or accept coupons that is direct from subway.

I ordered for delivery and they messed up my entire order, they didnt give me bottled beverages, the drinks they gave weren’t even full and they were watered down with an excess of ice. The chips werent even right, they gave me spicy dill instead of asking me if that would be an appropriate alternative assuming what i requested wasnt in stock.. but they didnt toast my sandwich, they did not add 50% more that i paid extra for and there wasnt any cheese on there. the ingredients werent spread evenly and the sandwich was mostly just red onion. wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy, it took me 3 chats and one call to get a refund through the app! i shouldnt even have to do that, how hard is it to make a sandwich and to grab three pre packaged items to toss in the bag? im genuinely pissed, this was beyond a mistake; this was completely negligent.

Cancelled my order without letting me know. Got to the store only to find out they canceled my order without my knowledge. Even though website/app said they were part of the bogo deal, store decided to take upon them to just not acknowledge the coupon.

Bad food that gives you food poisoning all for twice the price of other sub shops. Once saw the owner pick food off the ground and put it back into the bins. Yuck.
They dont slice their meat fresh as advertised with the commercials. Jersey Mike's is where it is at. I give the food 2 stars because it still tastes good, but its like you want to go to Mcdonalds and order a greasy sub from meat already cut sitting in the case for how long? Kind of sus if you ask me guys.

Amazing customer service fresh food clean area. Everything was nice tidy and clean. We visited today December 29 at around 5:45 PM and the employees working were very kind by far the best subway we have been to. We will definitely be back.

Wooof we’re do i start, I Walked in today to get a turkey sub and i was assisted by 2 young men I asked for there names William and Ariel great young men made my sub as perfect as can be!!!
