This is the 3rd time they have gotten our order wrong. Bottom of the barrel Taco Bell. Don’t waste your money here the 3.3 star rating is a facade I bet it’s all the employees leaving reviews because I don’t know how this place stays in business. Horrible customer service nobody here has any training and will give all the dirty looks they want Literally couldn’t even eat my food it was un edible. And when I called to ask about a refund i was told they were unable to cancel yet I was met with the rudest response ever. Also refunds and cancellations can be done in store without the customer having to go out of there way to come back. They also have a lack for allergy requests

Horrible customer service. No one addressed me to see what I needed. The wait time is ridiculous, not sure if they are short staff. You will probably get better service in the drive through then going on the inside. Delivery services most time then not you will most likely have to wait on your order.

Still waiting on refund where they said the debit card would not go through . I paid cash . They were notified with receipt. I also showed the cashier at Lawrenceville, Ga Taco Bell it was on my Regions Debit Acct. Still not heard from them.

The cashier, Kamari K. Working the 6pm shift demonstrated a complete lack of customer service skills and displayed a rude attitude. She did not communicate my order clearly and even had the audacity to tell me she was on a timer, insisting that I hurry up. This type of behavior is unacceptable. It’s disappointing that Taco Bell would hire someone who seems unqualified and unprofessional, as if no proper screening process was conducted. This experience reflects poorly on the company’s hiring standards. I can see what she works for $7.25 as that’s what she’s worth

I am absolutely disappointed in this location, the two women whom were on shift @5:36pm 12/23/24 were rude, when I asked for sauce it was an inconvenience then they made the burrito wrong and when I asked for it remade it was a problem … as a vegetarian I come to Taco Bell because they have more options for me to eat but this location isn’t empathetic to their customers SMH

First off they have been open since 9am. It was 11:30 and their fryers were not operational at lunch time. Nor did they have all items in stock and I didn’t get one apology. Horrible customer service.

I literally love these guys the team is always so sweet but they keep giving me Supremes when I specifically ask for regular, I hate sour creme so much it's so gross ??
But like I never want to go in and ask for a remake because I'm gonna come off like a Karen and they're so nice :(

Camari was excellent with her customer service. Food was good and fresh. Cooks need to stop playing and start paying attention. The prices should be lower. How ever it is a great improvement from 2 years ago.
