ZERO STARS!! Waited for 10-15 minutes 3-4 employees… not One acknowledged me!!!! I had a call ahead order and after 20 minutes they acknowledged me only to say they THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED ORDER YET THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY 20 MINUTES BEFORE!! DO NOT RAT HERE!!

Horrible customer service. I'm actually here right now to pick up a door dash order. First time at this location and hopefully the last. Big lady in the front,not sure if this is the manager didn't address me at all. She overlooked me and help this Caucasian man & woman and Hispanic lady. Only thing she said after I got me food was they didn't have cup holders .Girl in the back preparing food had to ask me if I needed help. Smh!!!

The worker preparing the food was having some…shall we say “big feelings” about having to fulfill orders. She was using expletives and loudly complaining that people were “ordering too much.” The food itself was fine, although I did feel like I needed to check to make sure she didn’t spit in it. Overall, the quality of workers is pretty poor compared to other Taco Bell locations, which is already a very low bar to clear.

I typically don’t leave reviews unless I feel it’s absolutely necessary. I placed a mobile order and went into the store to pick it up. The woman at the front asked for my name as usual and told me they were working on it, so I waited at the counter. After 25 minutes with no food, I politely asked for an update. Her response was noticeably snarky.
When I asked a second time, she rolled her eyes, and her coworker behind the counter laughed and said something under his breath. At that point, I canceled my order because I was genuinely appalled by the attitude and lack of care.
I also asked why my mobile order was taking significantly longer, and she told me that customers in the line were “priority.” I don’t understand why people who walked in after me were prioritized over someone who placed an order ahead of time—my time is just as valuable.
This is not the type of customer service that should be acceptable anywhere, even at a fast-food restaurant.

I’m not sure why but because my food wasn’t ready they made me drive around the drive thru twice instead of just waiting, mind you I had to wait a similar amount of time for the guy in front of me so I’m not sure what the logic was there but it’s not my fault food I ordered wasn’t ready, it’s not even rush hour

Crazy wait times at this location. Can't seem to handle a lunch rush. Waiting 20 minutes and still counting, will be waiting 10+ more min this point. Very focused on getting drive through orders out and not the dine in and mobile orders. Horrible service.

The breakfast crunch wrap from Taco Bell is INSANE…. Honestly besides from Wendy’s… Taxo bell most definitely has the best breakfast for fast food

I've been here 4 times now, something is always wrong. The bathroom is never stocked with paper towels. More than twice I've been handed a freeze where the outside is sticky and soaked. Service is slow. 6pm, something like 5 employees just hanging out. Kinda weird. Now that the Decades Menu is gone, no reason to go here. better to go to Del Taco down the street. This place sucks.

Ordered thru the app was ready when I arrived everything was correct they were out if the new orange vanilla free but no big deal they had a different flavor and the lady was super nice she was on top of my pickup for my personal order all while helping run counter and DT shes actually always a pleasure and was nice to stop by for my food after a fairly negative day this lady goes above and beyond whenever I've ordered and shes working at least taco bell you can't afford to lose this 1!!!

I was really wanting to enjoy Taco Bell, had not visited in a long time. I ordered 2 beef burritos and a Mexican pizza with NO tomatoes, when receiving the order the pizza had tomatoes on it.
I went up front , the young man that made it asked what I needed, said I ordered it with NO tomatoes, he proceeded to show me the order screen and tell me I was wrong.
I told him to keep it, and walked away, he then slammed it into the trash can and gave me a very unpleasant look.
I now know why I haven’t frequented Taco Bell , won’t again.
