This taco bell is still 50/50 like a coin Toss, I know my food is gonna be good but I ordered a large fry, this is not filled like a large is expected to be

I think this is the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The restrooms are pretty damn clean. The only gripe is that fast food prices has gone up too damn high! The value box Used to be five dollars.

Very poor service right when I pulled into the drive thru on November 3rd @ 1 am. I only wanted to get 1 party pack and a crunch wrap supreme and all you hear in the background is a guy yelling no. Clearly showing you don't want to do what your job description indicates. Location shows it doesn't close for another 2 hours. Highly disappointed in this customer service. Corporate will be contacted about this matter. This isn't the first time I've had this happen at this location.

Way to go Taco Smell!
Your remodel is NOT user friendly and does NOt cater to the customer. It sets up a no-talk environment between customer and employees.
And don’t get me started about the stupid kiosks. Unless you want to learn a new software in order to place your order, the good luck placing a food order.
And on top of that , the bill for two people was $26. How is that inexpensive fast food???? Taco Smell is supposed to be one of the inexpensive fast food places.
And they DONT have the new $7 box. Oh, that box is now $10!!!
And then we got sick from the food last night! Heartburn and indigestion throughout the night.
Now we can’t go back…ever. Yuck.

Absolutely hate the new remodel they had. I went in to order and they had removed the menu. They now only have 2 displays that only show the current box and pictures of 3-4 of their other items. There wasn't anyone at the counter to take orders, a kiosk directly in front of the cash register, and 3 more kiosks behind a small wall that I didn't even notice until leaving. There was an employee who did hand a cup to my brother who ordered ahead of me, but I didn't even get a chance to touch the kiosk before he asked if I had ordered.

I absolutely hate the touch screen kiosks. I always have issues them registering my touches and today was no exception. I have to continuously tap on options to proceed or make any selections. I'm also not a fan of the layout on the kiosk. The images for the items are too small and hard to tell what comes in each combo. If i want to see what all comes on something, I have to select something and modify it to see what is actually on it. I would order at the front counter, but there is no menu now. There is always something new every time I go to a taco bell. Was a little surprised to see a whole nutritional info label for each item, but you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the item to see it.

All of the walls except one small portion are white with very few picture hung up. The chairs and tables are made out of metal and wood. The chairs are heavy and uncomfortable. The temperature was way too cold. I was there for about half and hour and the AC was on the whole time. It felt like it was 60 in there. Sure it's nice at first (it's currently summer), but after like 5 minutes it's too much. I'm not carrying around a sweater or coat in summer with the off chance the place I eat at is too cold.

The food was just ok. It came out just the way I had ordered. No issues there. It's just so expensive now. There are plenty of places where I can get better tasting food for less. But I came mostly out of curiosity of how the remodel turned out. But now I know and won't ever come back. And with the way prices are going, I'll probably never have any more taco bell ever again, which is for the better of me.

Hands down, the best Taco Bell I've been to. Not only was the order correct, but it was hot and delicious. For a complicated order to be correct is impressive. The servers are also SO friendly. They make sure that the whole order is correct. This is the BEST Taco Bell.

Ordered the soft tacos and when I got home we had a hard tacos. Phone number we called kept hanging off on us. Husband driving once again with the receipt back to exchange order . Very poor customer service.

They gave away my mobile order and took 20m to get me food. I literally anticipated something like this so I stayed up front w my phone out making it obvious I was the mobile order for dine in.

Unfortunately so many things w the order still went wrong. The order app said it was ready but I actually waited 20m for the food that they gave away 25m earlier. They still forgot items and shortened the beans on my veggie stack. Basically saying nothing looks like the picture?.

I think I’m done w Taco Bell and to avoid such special service and quality I just think it’s better to avoid.

I gave 3 stars bc the manager and the chef who were not the ones who gave away my food were trying to take care of everyone and myself. They gave me the missing item. They fixed the missing beans.

All in all still enjoyed the food. But kinda sad when all fast food places are having a hard time paying and keeping good people that are less error prone.

After the issue the supervisor did an interview for a new employee.

He did follow up w me to make things right, right before I left. I just said thanks but maybe it’s a sign for me to take care of my heart/sodium level.

I get it. Time to give up a childhood fave?

I shouldnt subject myself to the constant issues and yet i find myself going back, you could call it an addiction yes. Still this place amazes me on how consistent they are at not putting my entire order in the bag. Absolutely terrible at getting my order right. No matter how simple i make it, at least 1 or 2 things dont find their way into my stomach due to lack of competence from the employees there.
