the point of mobile orders is so the foods ready when i get there. i got to the taco bell 20 minutes after placing my order and they haven’t even started. i wait 10 more minutes before getting handed my food without a word spoken to me the whole time.

Lady working on aug 9 opening messed up my veggie Crunchwrap by putting beef. After taking a bite and spitting it out and throwing it away and letting her know she catches an attitude after returning seconds later telling her what happened. She almost tried denying me my correct order because I threw the wrong one away

I ordered a cantina chicken bowl. When I got the bowl with rice, beans, yogurt sauce, and salad all together would be under-neath the bottom line of the bowl. My daughter was so disappointed with amount of foods she got. I asked the ladies to add some more rice to her bowl. She said no to me and responded that she put 3 spoons of rice in the bowl already. A Popeyes chicken sandwiches would be fill her tummy super full. My child is only 11 and doesn’t eat much. I paid $9.00 for this meal and I expected it would fill her lunch. I guess her three spoons of rice are Teaspoons. This is so ridiculous for doing business. When a customer comes back and asked for something, it means you are not doing your job right. I will never eat this Tacobell again.

Service is horrible. I ordered Nacho fires for $4.99 plus tax total in $5.29. Guess what, I only got 6 pieces of fries in the bowl plus a bit ranch and little tinny portion of ground beef. Crazy ! Not sure how they do their business that’s robbery.

When I orders my food for a Burrito Supreme Number 3 combo and my boyfriend orders the 8 combo so as I wait for my order the lady blamed me for a mistake the cashier was very unprofessional and rude behavior she blame me like it was my fault and mistake I made for no reason like I wasn’t aware that my order Burrito Supreme was the 8 she put under. Unacceptable Customer Skills your not supposed to correct a customer for their mistake. They need to get customer service certification through Go Skills and learn customer service skills and need treat their customers with proffessional behavior and respect instead of acting unprofessional and rude towards customers. “The Cashier lady should be fired!”

It was the food court at Sugarloaf Mills. Personally, these places don't clean the tables well... kinda^^;;; Still, the food is warm and freshly baked, so I like it? ? Vegetables are also fresh!!
