Ordered 8 ounce beef steak!! Steak so tuff couldn’t eat it! They brought out another steak. All you could taste is SALT! I gave up at thst point. If you can’t even get a simply beef steak right, you shouldn’t sale them. You are going down the drain!! It’s ver sad. It was not crowded at all as well. No surprise there!!!!

Went there today for lunch. I ordered a burger and fries. I asked the waiter to make sure that my fries were fresh. Well, he goes on to say to me that all fries are fresh which we know that that’s not true. Instead of just telling the cook what I actually wanted. Clearly, the message wasn’t relayed because when my Burger came out, my fries were warm and cold. Completely not what I asked for. I wish that waiters weren’t so quick to tell you what’s going to happen but rather just put the request in of the customer so that they can get food that they are satisfied with.

The most excellent steak I've had in a long while. Cooked to perfection! I got the asparagus and carrots as my sides. We order the homemade chips as an appetizer and they did not disappoint. Had a hard time not eating too much. Wishing I had taken pictures. I will definitely be back. Server was polite and very helpful. She took her time with us, never felt rushed. Thank you Jayeli!

My son loves their burgers. They know us by order lol They have great customer service.
Nice relaxing atmosphere while waiting for dinner. Complementary cucumber bowl. Only thing was steak not cook as ordered & they did fix the issue with a good attitude.

Had high hopes for this restaurant, being a west coaster. Family and I stopped in for our first time and we got the Bison Burgers and onion rings. There was only 2 people in there dining at the time. Our waitress was on her phone and the only time we saw her was when she brought the food out. While the other waitress went and checked on her table various times without being prompted. My bison burger must have been cooked right after some fish, cause thats exactly what it tasted like. My son who got the same exact burger, tasted decent. Def not worth the 20 dollar price tag for the size and lack of specialty sauce though. Clearly customer service and attention to detail is a lacking experience.
