Food is usually not too bad. They will never have the food ready, though, if you call it in, because ‘too many customers don’t come to pick up’. You have to be very adamant and specific about having the order ready when you arrive if you don’t want to sit in the restaurant waiting for the meal to be made after ordering 15-20 minutes prior on the phone.

I order the wings and ask that they fried them soft along with my fries. Got the wings home and they were fried extremely hard and wasn't fresh! I called and spoke with the owner and that was a waste of time. Don't buy here unless it's the weekend when they are forced to cook your food fresh because it's busy!

Wings so cheap, it makes you pause.Don't let it fool you. These wings were SPECTACULAR!Ordered for a company function and I'll go back again for company and for family.Mild, wet lemon pepper, teriyaki and bbq.Yummy!
If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a 100 wing combo for my son’s birthday party. When I got home the wings were so burnt that they made my whole house smell! I tasted one just to make sure I wasn’t tripping. The ones that weren’t burnt had absolutely no flavor. I called back up there and explained to them what was going on and they asked what did I want them to do. Now as a business owner, my first instinct would have been to remake them so that I can assure u that that was only a one time mistake. So I said I would like them remade because I had a house full of people that were hungry. My husband took the wings back up there and somebody questioned him about whether or not he had their wings before. Were we suppose to get burnt wings??!! We got a refund and we will NEVER be returning back to this location. I have ordered large orders from the one in Duluth because it is close to my job and have never had a problem. This location is horrible and the customer service is even worse!

The fries are always undercooked. I think the cook drops too many fries at once. Fat crinkled fries can’t cook in a clump, despite if it’s being dropped in cooking oil. Ordered with the request of crispy fries. Order came out & fries were still soggy. Order was returned with what appeared to be re-dipped soggy fries. Everything else in my order was getting cold, while they re-worked on my fries. Fries never did get crispy ? For some reason, the New Hope Rd, location can’t get their fries to cook properly. I tried them more than 5 times. Everything else is not bad, it’s just undercooked fries. My only real issue with that location and the smell when you walk in.
Came here last week Thursday at night and Ordered a 10 piece wings combo and a cheeseburger combo and clearly you can tell they was ready to close because the burger was cold and old and it took a whole 1hr to get the order. Crazy part is the distance between this place and the house is literally 5 minutes. So I was very disappointed in the food, especially when your hungry!!!
