This the best boil I ever had..shake your bag and poor in pan with juice all on it...thank me later some people eat out the bag ..no pour the bag in pan and eat

Terrible customer service. How in the World do you call yourself a restaurant and can’t and won’t answer a phone call. I called several times to try to talk to a manager and nobody would ever answer my calls. I was missing items and this is my first and probably last time ever ordering from The Juicy crab. I don’t know which is more pathetic not answering calls or not knowing how to read an order. I want my money back since I’m missing two items in my order. This is very unacceptable customer service and it shouldn’t be this bad!

Ordered extra hot on a to go order, got home, it was mild...it was prepared well but not like I asked. The lady who handed me my bag was nice...it was quiet inside

Just received disgusting spoiled BLACK potatoes in my to go order. So glad I asked for sauce on the side because wow the nasty lazy employee saw the condition of this food and still bagged it up. Wasted my money my appetite.

The service was terrible. We ordered two glasses of water and one glass of wine. The water took forever, and I had to remind the server about the wine which came well into the meal. The server was switched in the middle of us dining. I ordered a side of eggs with my meal that never came. The server made two excuses as to why I hadn’t gotten the three boiled eggs when we were almost done eating. I don’t see how it takes over 30 minutes to boil eggs that were ordered with my meal. We will take the extra time to drive to another location if we want crabs. Half the shells were empty anyway.

There are many options in the menu. All boiled items cooked together. If having a certain allergy to seafood or shellfish, you'll need to order something fried. Juice is super sweet. The atmosphere is cool. Everyone should try it at least once.
Dietary restrictions: All boiled items cooked together. Ie: you can't have shrimp allergy and order just eggs or just sausage, just crab cluster.
Wheelchair accessibility: Entry and tables wheelchair accessible.
