I had the Dungeness crab and Black mussels combo and asked for the Juicy Crab spice mix at a hot level. It was really good. The crab legs weren’t as big as I thought they would be but still it was good. Pretty pricey, though.

I order from here all the time but today shrimp was mushy and did not taste fresh. Called just to let them know and the manager didn't even apologize, instead he insisted they haven't had that problem before. Customer service matters when ppl are spending $40 on a meal!

Server “TINY” was extremely RUDEE . Zero customer service skills at all. She forgot half of our things. came back again and again with the wrong amount of items EACH TIME. Instead of being apologetic she kept rolling her eyes , making stank faces , and rude responses when we kept reminding her of what we have been asking for 20 mins.

Uncooked seafood. Snow crabs legs were raw in the middle. When I snapped into a leg the center or middle piece was still partially frozen,soft but still ice y cold. Fumbled with the Uber App for nearly 30 minutes with no resolve and then got dressed and drove to the store with the WHOLE meal, all claws shrimp and all in tow, except the one I cracked. They blamed Uber as if the driver was slow and the food was just cold because of a long delivery time. I told the Manager it isn’t that the food isn’t just room temp cold rather frozen un/undercooked, dangerous to eat and she still referred me to Uber; even while I didn’t ask for a refund but just to remake the food, prepare me another boil. I even opened the bag and told the manager to touch the crab leg innards to see it was still ice cold and undercooked and not room temp cold. Still,no replacement meal as I asked. Then the Manager did a horrible spin to say I was being inappropriate and she couldn’t assist me further when her repeated statement of our food goes out hot wasn’t good enough to say over and over. Sad as I’ve eaten at and ordered from here multiple times and I thought 1 bad experience would be made right versus ruining my perception of them altogether.

Juicy Crab never disappoints! The seafood is always fresh, seasoned to perfection, and served piping hot. I tried the crab legs with the juicy special sauce, and it was absolutely amazing—just the right mix of flavor and spice. The shrimp and corn were a great bonus, and everything was cooked perfectly.

I didn't like the fact that I ordered two crabs legs off the build your own and only got two sides for 1 crab, I thought it was going to be two and the waiter didn't tell me I untill my food was served.

I decided to belly up at the bar and treat myself to some delicious crab legs… they did not disappoint! Seasoned perfectly and cooked just right. I got the combo with the shrimp. The bartender J was awesome as well. I will definitely go back.
