My mom and I ordered a cake for my daughter’s first child, my first grandchild and my mom’s first great grandchild baby shower. My daughter really wanted this beautiful and simple cake. It had a little baby elephant cookie on top of a white cake that had a ruffle look and inside she wanted lemon and raspberries layered in the cake. It had a simple pink ribbon and bow round the cake. We called Tier couture bakery because they had such great reviews. I asked them if they could make it, they said yes. I asked if they could make the little elephant cookie on top, they said yes. Then I asked if the could make a mom and papa elephant to go with the baby. They said yes, no problem. They said they could do all of this. That was on Jun 21 and we needed it by July 9. We communicated back and forth throughout this time. The cake was about $265 ish. The day they brought the cake to our house it was raining really bad so I gave them extra time( 11:30) because the shower wasn’t until 12. They showed up 5 mins before the shower. My mom met them at the door to get the cake. When they showed her the cake she was horrified.. The cake was starting to fall apart and the ribbon on the bottom was so thin and small. The ruffles where breaking and pulling from the cake. And what broke our hearts were the elephants. They weren’t these cute pastel color cookies but cold plastic black elephants. The inside was thick and chunky with frosting,very little lemon and raspberry filling and it had a perfumey taste. It’s good. We threw a lot of the cake away. My mom and I were very upset. We felt lied to. We called them and voiced our unhappiness and disappointment. The cake looked so unprofessional. They refunded us $100. Customer service was good though. I felt like they should’ve given us the whole amount back. I don’t recommend this place. Hopefully you all are having better luck with them.

The next morning I call to clarify that it will be ready ant noon and she literally says o I cannot make the cake. I said the party is today you said you could do this. She said I changed my mine….. horrible business experience! So now my mom has no 60th birthday cake…

Don't go to this Crogan st address. The Bakery is no longer there. Drove here and didn't find the place. A neighboring store told me that they left a while ago. Tried calling the number too and got no answer.

Cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Pricing was completely reasonable especially since it included deliver. This was my first time ordering. They were detailed with the design and made no sacrifices with taste for design. Cake was very moist and flavorful. Will be back for future orders.

This truly deserves NO STARSI ordered this cake for my beautifuls 1st Birthday and was so damn disappointed. This so called baker stated she could do what i asked for and paid $212 for up front...but this is what i got. 1st off i picked 2 cakes from your pictures of cakes you claimed to have already done once, couldn't have been your real pictures cause this sure aint not one of those pictures. The ears had mf card board glued on the back of them to stand the up, the icing around this red black and white cake was yellow very noticeable yellow as you can see through the plastic they were not full Circles. The bow on her head was broken there is no Happy Birthday as i asked for to be places on the cake plate with what down there, there are glued letters on the cake plate where is the icing writing? Not to mention the picture im use to them being edible like the cake not a piece of printed paper on my damn cake i could have done that myself! I asked for ChocolaIte Fudge and got a light brown cake thats was dry with no taste noone took a bite but my sister and i and we both spit it right back out the cake was delivered to me frozen im like wtf is it frozen...but ok i instantly texted the baker and said Good Morning! There are some things missing on my daughter's cake she called and i qent over everything that was qrong and missing at this point i had not cut the cake cause it was delivered a day early she offered a partial refund. I told her then i hope it still tasted good. Booooy was i livid on yesterday when we cut that cake as you can see from the picture the whole cake was trashed right after cutting it. The icing dsint even melt in you mouth and we all know buttercream should melt on contact! No that you truly messed up my childs 1st bday leaving me to run and find a 10 dollar cake from kroger to replace this bs you sold me I need a full Refund. Asap

I decided to order a birthday cake for my goddaughter’s birthday from Tier Couture and was very pleased with the entire process. The cake was absolutely beautiful and everyone enjoyed it. Thank you guys so much for accommodating me with such short notice. I’ll definitely be ordering more cakes from Tier Couture.

Tier Couture Bakery is the best of the best. I needed a custom cake at the last minute and Tier Couture Bakery showed up and showed out. They did they thing. The cake not only looked amazing, it tasted better amazing. I have 2 more parties this year and guess who’s making my cakes.Tier Couture Bakery!Thanks for showing up and showing out! You did ya thing. You got my business now and in the future! And I’m referring you to any and everybody that needs a bomb A cake! ?

I contracted with this vendor to provide 100 mini wedding cakes (approximately 1.5" squares). I provided pictures with examples of different decorations for the mini cakes. What I got was approximately 20 large square cakes (approximately 5" squares). The vendor attributed the shortage to having dropped the others in transit. The product was unique, however it consisted of a hard, thick, 3/4" shell that was difficult to cut and cake inside that was not freshly made. My intention was for the guest to have one or more bite sized cakes. What I got was a monstrosity that my guests did not know how to attack. Some tried in vain to cut a piece, others were confused as to whether they should take the whole "brick". Im not one to regularly write reviews but in this case a very negative review is warranted. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

Amazing service, the cake was delicious and those banana puddings lets just say I ate 10 maybe more lol. I sent an imagine of what I was looking for and gave her the go ahead to have full creative control and I was not disappointed. I cannot wait to get some goodies on my next visit.
