I called and ordered 30 wings, half hot and half honey garlic, extra extra crispy. When I got to the restaurant, my wings were wrong, and they weren’t crispy enough. The manager argued with me and told me that my wings were crispy, and I told her they weren’t and that when I looked at it, the skin was still moving. She proceeded to argue with me and tell me that my wings were crispy and wanted to give me my wings just like that. I told her I was the customer and that if she could please make the wings, how I would like it, I would appreciate it, and she informed me again that my wings were crispy, so I asked for a refund. I have been coming to this restaurant for years, and this was The worst experience I’ve ever had. I will not be going back. I will be going to Touchdown Wings down the street.
