I’m honestly tired of getting cold food from this place
Good burgers. Always consistent. They also make some of the best onion rings around!
Parking: Hard to find free parking but there’s a paid parking lot behind the restaurant. We typically find free parking within a 3-block radius.

The turkey burger and onion rings are alright but the portion is too small for the high cost.

The Burger was probably the best I've had in a LONG TIME, the fries tasted old but still edible. Everyone was very helpful and the customer service was great. We'll be back for sure

We really like this place! The food is always fresh and they have really good customer service. The manager was being very respectful to his team, even as they fixed a small mistake with my order very quickly. I would definitely recommend Village Burger to my friends and family.

Dear Ricardo,
Thank you for your response, but I feel compelled to clarify a few points as your accusations are both inaccurate and inappropriate.
First and foremost, it is disappointing to see such a lack of respect for customers—the very people who keep your business alive and thriving. Rather than addressing my concerns with understanding or professionalism, your response conveys that dissatisfied customers are viewed as dispensable and of no value.
To clarify, my concerns were never about the quantity of wings but rather the quality of service, the incorrect execution of a simple request, and the dismissive, condescending behavior of your staff when we sought to resolve the issue. While we appreciated the two extra wings that were never included with our order(see pics), this does not excuse the failure to fulfill a straightforward request for an even split of drums and flats, as we specifically asked for.
Additionally, your claim that we created multiple accounts to leave reviews is entirely false(I already have 9 different email accounts because its my choice and my business literally). As dissatisfied customers, we exercised our right to share a truthful account of our experience on platforms where it might inform other potential customers. This is both a common and acceptable practice.
Your assertion that we “ate all of the wings” before calling is also untrue and speculative. The issues we raised were genuine and were addressed immediately upon noticing the problems.
What is most concerning is that instead of acknowledging and addressing these concerns, you chose to respond with hostility and personal attacks. As a business owner, you have an opportunity to demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to improvement. Unfortunately, your response reflects none of these qualities.
Given this, we will honor your request to no longer patronize Village Burger. We cannot, in good conscience, support a business that so blatantly disregards and disrespects its customers. Happy Holidays to you as well and May God continue to bless you with Good will and a better attitude for the new year.

I am incredibly disappointed with the consistent lack of attention to detail and poor customer service at Village Burger. This most recent experience was the breaking point after multiple incidents of incorrect orders and inadequate responses.
I ordered 30 lemon pepper wings and specifically asked for an even split—15 drums and 15 flats. Instead, I received 19 drums and only 11 flats. This was not a minor mistake but a clear disregard for my request. When I called to address the issue, a staff member named Christian answered the phone. His response was both dismissive and unhelpful, stating there was nothing they could do about it. After putting me on hold for five minutes to consult the general manager, Christian returned and reiterated the same response: “With the margin of error, there’s nothing we could do.”
What made the situation even worse was Christian’s condescending tone throughout the conversation. Rather than acknowledging their error or offering a solution, he dismissed my concerns and ended the call abruptly, adding insult to injury. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable.
While the food isn’t exceptional, I’ve continued going back to Village Burger because of its convenience. However, after this experience, I will no longer be giving them my business. Mistakes happen, but the unwillingness to correct them and the dismissive attitude from their staff are unacceptable. It’s clear that poor service and an absence of accountability are ongoing issues at this establishment.
It’s time to find a new, more reliable option that values accuracy, professionalism, and respect for its customers. I strongly caution others to avoid Village Burger if they expect better than mediocre food paired with subpar service.

I’m extremely disappointed with the consistent poor customer service and lack of attention to detail at Village Burger. This is not the first time we’ve placed an order with them and had it come out wrong, but this most recent experience was the last straw.
My wife ordered 30 lemon pepper wings and specifically requested an even split—15 drums and 15 flats. Instead, we received 19 drums and only 11 flats, which was completely wrong. When she called to address the issue, a staff member named Christian answered the phone and said there was nothing they could do. After putting her on hold for about five minutes to consult the general manager, he came back and repeated the same line: “With the margin of error, there’s nothing we could do.”
To make matters worse, Christian was condescending throughout the conversation and before hanging up. This added insult to injury and further showed a complete lack of professionalism.
It’s unacceptable that they not only got the order wrong but also handled the situation so poorly. Mistakes happen, but the unwillingness to correct them and the dismissive attitude from their staff is completely unacceptable.
Given that this has happened multiple times, it’s clear that poor service is an ongoing issue with Village Burger. We will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they value accuracy, accountability, and basic respect.

The reason for my one star review is I paid $25 for burgers fries and a strawberry milkshake. The burger was good. I’m not gonna lie, but the fries were greasy and the strawberry milkshake was milk (I only live four minutes away). and it was bright pink; I didn’t taste any Hint of strawberries. so if you’re using Uber or DoorDash or any delivery service don’t order the milkshakes I would hate for you to be disappointed as I was because I haven’t had a milkshake in a year big disappointment
