Can’t tell you how the food was because we walked in and stood for about three to five minutes trying to decide where to sit. Both employees just sat at the other side of the restaurant and didn’t get up or greet us.
We chose a table and sat down waiting but the two employees continued sitting browsing on their phones. We got up and walked out to go elsewhere. Terrible customer service 💯

I walked in 11:15pm Friday night on 5-17-2025. I sat and waited patiently to get my order placed. People who came in after me were asked if they needed to order something twice before me. And the waiter Lydia seemed like she wasn't even trying to take my order. People walked up after me, she's taking their payments, others asking for stuff and she's going to their tables. I sat and looked at her smiling like.....yeah....can't wait to write this review. Lol. The service could have been better than what I received. I'm a big tipper but I didn't leave anything extra because I felt I was placed on the back burner. When people come in after you and their given attention immediately 🙄 that's frustrating and a bit disrespectful. The cook was cool. But the waiters have to tighten up. You never know who you're waiting on.

Waffle House is exactly what you’d expect—classic, comforting, and full of character (and maybe even good for your immune system!). The staff was super friendly and made the experience enjoyable from the moment I walked in. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I ordered my hash browns chunked with bacon and well crispy, but unfortunately, the bacon ended up partially cold and buried underneath the hash browns. A bit of a miss there. That said, everything else was great—the restrooms were clean, the food came out fast, and the atmosphere was just the kind of no-frills charm you go to Waffle House for. I’ll definitely be back.
Kid-friendliness: High chairs could atleast be clean
Wheelchair accessibility: Yeas , easy to access for wheel chairs and clear marked handicap spots !

i ordered online and when i visit the waffle house to pick up my order the lady didn’t answer me properly about my order she said we are not taking any orders and when i said i ordered online she didnt reply to me then again when i asked she didnt reply to me then other customer lady said to me on this waffle house location alot of going on and then i left. horrible service will never visit this location.

During my visit I experienced hatred towards one of the workers by the other workers, The other waitress where what looked like bulling a middle eastern waitress to the point of her crying off to the side. The chef told her today she can pray to her god.
The lady working at the front tonight has an awful attitude. All she’s doing is loudly complaining that she shouldn’t have worked tonight and that this isn’t even her store. So why are you here? Why serve if you have such a bad attitude towards people & then they wonder why no one tips them.
