They were bettles walking around like the size of roaches and that is just nasty and people eating. They should do a better job on cleaning even their restroom. You can't just eat without thinking if those have been crawling in the food in the night or in the coffee mug.

Soon as a table opened up it was left dirty for a good 10 min . Servers just walking around not even trying to clean the table until we asked someone to do it . Finally after getting a seat we were left unattended for another 15 min without even getting our drinks . We just up and left there were at least 4 servers and no attending .

I'm been a wafflehouse customer for 20 years or more. I got to wafflehouse because your the only breakfast place that has rasin toast. I like my toast crispy so I was told to ask for dark rasin by one your managers. I visit a lot of your restaurants, every morning , and have always gotten my rasin toast dark( not burnt) Today I was told with an attitude it's either the way it comes out the first time or burnt, by the cook he couldn't do it any other way! Everything is great . The food and the restaurant the only thing that I hate is how we have to ordering online it’s such a pain the butt . It’s so time consuming like for some dumb reason every single time I try to make an order online they won’t take my card . I’ve tired many different times and ways but it’s no use . I wish it was like before how i could just call and go pick up my order.

Family of 4. No one attempted to greet us or ask us if we were there for dine-in or pick up. When other families came in, the proceeded to sit them, with no regard to us, who had already been waiting. We just left at that point.

Perfect perfect this location could not be in a better spot! I’ve only visited on week nights but the staff on most weekday evenings is the best! They always prepare my food best! This is a preferred location! Thanks to the staff!
