Worst Waffle House I have ever been, manager rude, not a good one. Can’t trained server because they don’t know how to serve ppl or get order right.The whole staff is unpleasant EXCEPT the male cook who was very efficient and polite.

I sat at the counter no one seems to acknowledge me, I had Halima saying she not the one waiting on me….After sitting for 5 minutes I left it’s sad I’m a regular there and THE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR needs to looked into. Monica please train your staff on how to help out even if it’s not there area. I won’t be coming back at all.

Manager Monica Grey and her crew today was awesome. Greeted us from the time we came in with a smile to we left out. The establishment was clean and waitress/cook was well groom. I definitely will be return to this location. The first Waffle House I came to without me wanting to leave right back out.

I ordered to-go order today and was met with a very rude worker. The worker did not seem to care or listen to when i was placing my order. They literally looked at me like I was dumb when I told them that the order was done. Then, when I paid, I did not leave a tip because the customer service was bad from the start. Afterwards, the worker looked at me and said that the tip would’ve made her day a lot better if I gave it. I looked at her and said I am sorry. I should’ve been honest and told her that her service wasn’t good, so she can learn to improve on her customer service skills. Later on, I overheard her telling the cook that we didn’t tip, and how there’s so many other better places to eat rather than waffle house. I apologize for coming here today. I know next time to not since she did not want any other people coming in.

worst waffle house ever. had to ask for forgotten food, refill on drinks and everything was either over cooked or under cooked.toast was burnt, hashbrowns we had to ask for were undercooked,sausage that came with meal, i had to ask for and what i was given was cold. only time i have left a waffle house with food uneaten. don’t waste your money at this one. waitress was rude also when we asked for food we ordered and didn’t get

Let me be clear off the rip, the waffle I had was exactly what I wanted and it was cooked exactly like I asked. The waitress was good, knew her job, and got the food there hot and fresh. The Three Star rating is for the unadulterated corporate greed from the once good, fair, honest folks down there at the cooperate HQ in Norcross GA. Joe Rodgers Sr. would fire everyone of you and blacklist you if he knew the kind of Mark up to increase your profit margins you fools have jumped on the band wagon to fatten your wallets. How can you possibly justify the menu prices you have rapidly increased over the last three years? I guarantee your hourly employees pay hasn't unilaterally increased at ANY rate let alone the same rate. Apparently a degree in business management didn't teach you that the keys to success aren't to nearly triple prices to balance declining sales, you would regain your loyal customer base by maintaining quality and taking at minimum, a third off pricing on your menu, and maybe have a manager in a restaurant sometime other than SAT and Sun 1st shift.

This particular location has upped their game on the line. The service was marginal as I believe the server was new. I watched tables go long periods of time before being bussed, including the one we were waiting on.My one glaring concern was a sanitation issue as I watched the server wipe down a table, use the same towel to wipe down the bench at our booth, then try to wipe our table down.There is a serious training opportunity there as towels should never cross in that manner.
