I get customer service probably isn’t a strong point at one in the morning but this was ridiculous two servers one cook, and only one other table One guy alternating between staring at me and finding better things to do while the other guy finish taking the other peoples orders and just proceeds to ignore me . sat there for about 15 minutes without acknowledgment.

I have never gotten any good service at this sugarloaf location. The servers don't want people to eat in. They always say understaffed and only offer take away. Not a well managed location but I have seen worse ones!
We allways come to this location for many years because the service is really good... i feel like I'm in a family home... thanks to Andrea and Sandy for all your service. They always take care of us... And April the cooker she cooks very good...

Bad service they never gave me everything I had my meal in about an hour and a waffle never arrived, we had to pay and get very bad service.
