My waitress was not so bubbly she kept asking me did I need anything else, I told her grape jelly she never bought it to me and didn't complete my order i ask to go to the bar area to get my cheese grits and jelly then the grit where cold

Stereotypical Waffle House. Food is good and most of the staff is ratchet with the exception of the young lady that sat us. I’ll be driving to a different location where the service is decent.

Ordered breakfast at this location twice the first time it was wonderful the second time it was awful wasn't greeted the 2 individuals were staring at me 1 was sitting down on her phone while the cook was taking orders first off he had no hair net 2nd my food was undercooked I just threw it away and I ordered 15 scrambled eggs with cheese for my kids and they all had shells I naide of them won't be coming here ever again lesson learned waste of 35$

The only waffle house that don't know what scatter smother an cover is!! They put tomatoes only in my hasbrowns, the last time I check that was diced smh!!! Y'all just mess up my Christmas dinner!!! I don't know if the server called it out wrong or the cook messed up an can't mark plates!! but I hate tomatoes also I know how frustrating it is to work Christmas day at waffle House an dubble shifts but they was not even busy like a $3000.00 shift. I hope the manger share this post with everyone who worked 3rd shift Christmas day at 670 an let them know that scatter smother cover is you scattered the hasbrowns no ring add onions and cheese only not diced!! Merry Christmas

I frequently visit this location and I’m really surprised at the level of unprofessionalism by the establishment today from the server Leigh who repeatedly refuse to serve me and running to tables to serve others who came in after me I sat up front near the register prepared to place my to go order and she refused to make eye contact with me in order to avoid me as others walk in she run to there table to serve them I finally had to stand in front of the register to get a server to help me which I want to say Chrystal Smith came over with a smile and asked what would I be having today while I placed my order and tipped her and move lv on with life I think Leigh needs more customer service training to say the least bit.

I really hope management sees this and does not glance over… im only giving 3 stars for one reason only and thats for your line cook, that kid needs a raise. I just left the establishment at 3:30am on October 31st. Im clearly not expecting a allstar crew at that hour. However, the girls working where clearly on something other then life and moving in sllllloooooowwww motion if you get my drift. The kid working the grill held the whole place down, he was taking orders, handling take out, ringing customers out and manning the grill during a busy spurt when then local bars closed out! With out him no doubt i feel like the place would have burned down, he clearly needs a raise, or fast tracked to management. If not i can almost promise you that you will lose a great employee over frustration, the kid is doing 7 jobs at one time.

Ethan was very rude to one of the associates that was assisting me order my food . A group of teens came in and the associate needed help with what to select for my specific order. He walked past her while she was asking for his assistance , he looked at me, and said he can’t worry about this right now and that she needed to go and assist the teens that just walked in. If I was already ordering and you’re the Manager on Duty or whatever why not help your associate take an order BEFORE telling her to go take someone else’s order. He never spoke to me afterwards as I sat and waited for the food that I had ordered . He was very accommodating to the teens, I felt it was because we are not of the same color . Which I could care less. However, customer service was very poor today. Please do better !
It's a Waffle House. I mean, there's not much different than the next. The staff was polite and attentive despite the well -known rep. No complaints and it met expectations. Blueberry waffle is always right!

Walked in and had a seat at the table in the back. they were staffed with 8 people, and they all seen us come in and have a seat. 3 other couples came in after us and were served within 1 min. After 10 mins of waiting, I mentioned that other couples came in and was served imeadeatly. I was told by a waitress "Sorry guys, not my table" with the shoulder shrug.... so we left and went to IHOP where we were sat and served imeadeatly.

Be careful ordering food here. Watched male heavy set put grits back in the pot after they were served to the table! Not safe at all. Food was brought out in segments. If it wasn't for Liz we never would have received our food. My eggs were horrible and the hashbrowns had a funny taste to them. So disappointed?
