My steak had no seasoning at all and was cooked in water. Horrible. Best food are the pecan waffles. Atmosphere is poor as the cooks backs are faces away from the bar, so no way to experience the joy watching the food cook.

TO MANAGEMENT AND BRENT: I have been coming here for the last 10 years. I understand that sometimes servers are not in the best mood. But last week we witness Brent call Marlene a greedy B!+$# then proceeded to yell at her in the "back room". What I gathered is that Brent was upset that Marlene had customers request her. Now, I have had Brent serve us and his service is in line of that of a middle schooler at best, they maybe better. At one point when he was our server he sat down playing on his phone, when we asked him for something he completely ignored us so we asked another server when he noticed he replied "whatever". On another occasion he brought 3 creamers for 3 coffees when we asked for more he brought 1. Let's not get started on when we have to return something. These are only the few reasons why Brent, YOU are not our server PERIOD. But to management HOW? How do YOU allow this to happen? When John was the manager we never saw this happen. It's a shame but I definitely feel this type of behavior towards a coworker is COMPLETELY unacceptable. IF he is allowed to do this in front of customers my question is what is he saying and how is he treating his coworkers when no one is looking?? DO BETTER!!

Go in and place my order. I noticed that my server wiped his nose with his bare hand and didn't wash them. I asked him how long he's been working there and he replied a long time. I told him whenever he wipes his nose with his hands while serving food, he should wash his hands. He immediately got an attitude and walked away. I'm disgusted with waffle house at this point. Waffle House scenic hwy, server in his 20s with a beard and nasty ✋️.

Their omelets are the fluffiest I have ever eaten. Their jukebox is really fun, and the staff was great. FYI, the omelets and steaks are not on the menu, but if you ask, they will make them for you.

Woman taking orders here was beyond rude. Made me wait 20 mins before taking my order just to take other customers in front of me. When asking when I could place my order she just rudely yelled at me “What do you want” she started to write then walked away without my order being complete. Beyond rude terrible service!

Meal was really good for and hit the spot. Everything was cooked well and in a timely manner and was not greasy as I remember. Waitress Marlene was great, she keep my coffee filled and checked on me quite often even though she was taking phone orders and multiple tables. Quite amazing if I don’t say myself. Brett was working the register and had a lot of energy ?. The only real issue I saw was the floor in the cooking/workers area needs swept. I enjoyed the meal and would not have a problem going back.
