Horrible....horrible....horrible!I placed an order online for pickup. The confirmation stated 17 minutes for pickup. That was enough time for me to drive there give or take 5 additional minutes. Upon arriving for pick-up instead of a instant pickup. I get my order an hour later. The service horrible. People with attitudes ??I calmly sat and waited ✋️ no arguing, fussing nor cusing.Customer is a huge reason for return service. When the customer service is horrible, the power of sharing that experience is even more powerful. I promise you one thing I never took my eyes off of the cook and what was being prepared. I didn't want any special sauces I did not order added to my order.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian/Vegan all foods to include meat is cooked on the same grill.

This WH was clean, and I do mean clean (it didn't look greasy like some others). The staff was pleasant, but friendly. The food was okay, somewhat bland.... So far the WH in North Carolina got Georgia beat for taste.

ZERO STARS! Worst customer service I've ever had at Waffle house. We decided to eat at waffle house today with our family and it was the worst decision. As soon as we drove in we saw the employees (2 females) just sitting there at a table, doing nothing. They started talking within each other and then started making hand gestures to us to go away. When they saw us getting out the car, they started flicking us off. Never felt so disrespected in my life. By far the worst experience. Employees like that should not be allowed to work there. We will not be returning to this waffle house again.

I don't eat at waffle House often but after this experience I will not be going back to this location. I ordered 2 all star breakfast and the only difference between the 2 were the eggs and it just seems like they could not get it together back there, the restaurant had a few customers but not overly crowded that they were overwhelmed. There was some of the food that had to be repeated because they forgot to cook it and for the 30 bucks I had to pay I think my food should be done correctly without all the playing around they were doing. The young lady that helped me kept apologizing and I eventually got my food and before I left the parking lot I decided to check the waffles and one was a lot darker than the other so I took it back inside to get a new one, mind you I didn't give an attitude and just asked if I could get a new one. I could hear a couple of the employees saying that the waffle wasn't burnt ( a waffle takes 2 minutes to make ?) and the main one talking wasn't even making the waffle and working the register. I get home and this is what I have( photos inserted) . Grits tasted greasy and burnt with that big lump in it and my waffle wasn't cooked all the way, I did make a video but it wouldn't load because it was too long. All of the staff were young except for one older woman who was very nice and the young lady that helped me was nice also but the manager was right there and didn't try to acknowledge anything that was going on or even apologize. Customer service is just as important as the food and the food could have been the best but the customer service would have still made this a restaurant I wouldn't come back to.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. However, the cook needs a bit more training. My omelette was barely an omelette. Half of the egg was gone. The onions, tomatoes and jalapenos were exposed. My toast was not toasted. Just 2 pieces of stale bread with butter on the inside. I should have checked it after hearing the waitress say make sure that bread is fresh. Had I checked I would have gotten fresh today. I'm upset I provided an extra tip to them because the food was all bad. I never have had a bad experience at waffle House.

Stopped in here to get me a snack and my dogs a little treat. I ordered 4 large sausages, not sure what she called to the cook, but I only saw 6 pieces of sausage and when I mentioned that I had ordered 4 large sausage, Cici stayed that I had an attitude. When I asked to see the ticket, she refused to let me see it. The rest of the order was placed on the grill after the cook stated that he only had one side on. When I checked out, the server did not get my normal tip. Will be placing a complaint online, since this is the only way to file a complaint.

Some of the best staff I have seen at any Waffle House at night (showing up after midnight). You will know when you see the specific staff I'm talking about. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is great. The food comes out great too, which lines up with how clean he keeps his cooking station.

I was getting food togo and they were missing items. And food was not cooked correctly. My steak is basically a chew toy. I used to enjoy this location but I guess service has gone down.

The “manager” (red dreads black woman-description)Didn’t wash her hands after digging for gold in her nose. She came up to the front said hi then leaned against the counter just to let the next worker know he had a customer(he was in the back cleaning he walked up with a bucket and mop).I asked for her not to cook my food because she hadnt washed her hands she said she did but from where I was sitting I could see the back in clear view. I know it’s tiresome working at night but I work at night too and there’s no excuse. I was the ONLY customer; you can be tired but you applied to the job.

I won't be coming here anymore they took my Togo order after 30 minutes of waiting patiently I decided to ask about my food come to find out they the waitress never put in my order. Waited a whole hour for my order.
