Came here for my birthday and I received a generous free shake and fries. Very nice atmosphere and great food. Thank you to the staff on duty

I really wish I could give them 5 stars like I would have 3 years ago I think they were bought out and unfortunately the food isn’t the same quality anymore. I had a piece of the paper from my burger that I literally bit into it and I digested out this afternoon🤦🏻‍♀️😫 and my fiancé had the same thing I did he’s been in the bathroom ever since eating the burger. I had the same thing like I said I took a few bites of my burger and had piece of paper from the burger packaging and I saw it lady and guy who was there were nice enough to make me another one but came out greasy as heck I had to take it to go nobody ended up eating it since my boyfriend has been feeling ill since eating his I will not be back unfortunately the quality of the food isn’t the same at all anymore. I ended up paying $45 dollars for the food and it was definitely not worth it I just had came back from Florida and I was craving a good cheesy burger but this was definitely a huge disappointment. I wish the old owners were back! This is very disappointing this was a definitely a great burger joint 3 years ago.

The burger was pretty good, but greasy. It had an abnormal amount of grease that just dripped into the basket. I suppose it's very fatty meat.
The guy behind the register looked absolutely miserable and did not speak English very well. I could barely understand what he said.
The facility is older and not kept up very well. I'm not sure they deep clean. This place needs it though. The restrooms could really use some attention. I have mixed emotions about this place.

Got here at 10:30 and there is no one in the building. The sign on the door says they are supposed to be open at 10:30.

WOW!!! I am from San Diego and I think this place is better than In n Out. Big perk because it’s halal. The kids meal was the perfect size. The onions were not bitter, they put the right amount of ketchup. Very reasonable too. Highly recommend!!!

Burgers were not worth the price. Bacon cheese tots were poorly and cheaply done. The chili dog was worth the money, though

I was in the mood for a good old-fashioned hamburger. And that's exactly what I got! Best burger I've had in a long time. It's counter-service and the atmosphere is simple but the burger and fries was top-notch. I'm just sad I didn't try one of their milkshakes!

So disappointing in overpriced mediocre burgers at best. Went there specifically because they offer an impossible burger but then watched them cook it on the grill with the meat burgers. Uhm, duh! Vegetarian who doesn’t want my plant based burger covered in animal fat juices! But when I brought it to the attention of the staff politely and asked for a new burger to be cooked separately you would think I asked them something crazy. So they just moved the same patty to a different area. Already coated in grease…. Why do I need to explain this to them??? Then when they complied, made me feel like I had asked for something ridiculous and kept throwing glares my way. I felt so uncomfortable the rest of the time there I ended up not finishing my food and just left.
I will not be back. Price was just not worth the rest of what we got. $75 for three people when we could’ve gone elsewhere and been served nicer food with better service.
