Worst unsanitary place ever, theres beer cans and tobacco b the restroom , plus a while back someone caught e coli. Haven’t been back here n years but was a nice and clean spot even the food wasn’t great!
Worst experience ever!! At the drive thru they take your money and then ask you to reverse your car to park behind the pole. I guess they're lying about their service time. When I asked her why, she said because my food was not ready yet, which was odd because usually a drive thru would ask you to pull forward and bring the food out to you. When the food was ready they asked me to pull back up, my sandwich was not hot and the meat was undercooked. They didn't give me a receipt probably because they don't want to be held accountable...but it was the black girl with blue hair (ponytail). DO BETTER!!

Worst Wendy’s ever. Never going back even tho it’s the closest restaurant from my house. Awful service.
I normally don’t write reviews about this because I would be writing all day but after multiple disappointing experiences at this Wendy’s location, I can no longer overlook the ongoing issues. This review reflects what has happened far too many times.
This location repeatedly runs out of basic food items, the customer service is consistently poor, and the food, especially the sides, is often not fresh. Last couple of visits was a win but after this experience it was not the time for it. After experiencing this issue, I feel obligated to finally address it publicly.
Most recently, my husband and I stopped here late at night. He is a hard-working man with an unpredictable trucking schedule, and we were rushing because we had a hotel reservation and an event four hours away. We both had worked long hours and hadn’t eaten anything all day. It was nearly midnight; the store was still open, and there were no other cars in the drive-thru before we arrived or after.
We placed our order, and the employee asked us to reverse and back away from the window, as many location do so it wouldn’t affect or shall I state lie about their drive-thru time metrics. We complied and waited a little over 10 minutes, assuming the delay meant our food was being freshly prepared. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
While we sat waiting, I watched the young employee at the window recording videos, taking selfies, and entertaining herself on her phone instead of preparing orders or providing attentive service. This has become a troubling pattern in customer service today employees more focused on social media than on doing the job they’re being paid for.
When we finally received our order, the sandwiches were hot, so we drove off. But once we checked the fries, they were dry, cold, and clearly not fresh. It is unacceptable that we were the only customers, waited nearly 10 minutes, and still received old fries. And let me share, having fresh food when you’re hungry is always a win.
This experience highlights a serious lack of training, supervision, and accountability. At the very least, personal phones should be stored away during shifts. Something needs to change because customers shouldn’t have to deal with laziness, carelessness, and poor quality at a national food chain.
Until this location improves, we will not be returning.

Whoever makes my burger does it in the most aesthetic manner. Closest to an advertisement aesthetic I've seen, lol. Even the wrapping is nice. Food is always fresh here.

When I arrived there was only 1 other car besides me. I placed my order and when I get to the window I was told to pull to a parking space. I had to wait over 20mins to receive my order. I ordered a simple combo. By the time I received my order there were 4 other cars waiting to receive there order. It makes no sense that we had to wait so long for “fast food “.There were multiple employees and nobody in line. Super inconvenient and the worst part about it is that the food wasn’t even fresh.

Got cold food. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty. Kitchen was dirty as well.
Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. The nuggets are literally always cold. Never have I ever been to this Wendy’s and the food was fresh. Pick another Wendy’s.
