Worst Wendy’s all of Wendyses. Staff is rude. You will be forced to pull forward even if no one is behind you. Floor is always sticky. Rider will most okey be wrong. Never

Food is never fresh or even hot. Food is rarely correct. Simple request as no tomato is ignored. Items often forgotten (nuggets or fries). Make sure you check your food before leaving! Employees are rude and seem annoyed when you let them know something was forgotten on order. I've gone here several times at different times of day - it's always a miss which is sad because I love Wendy's.

Bill was $25.96, I paid with $30 ... HOWEVER, here's the problem:
- Paper receipt says I handed him $26.
- Male cashier gave me back $1.06 as my change
- I asked him about the math and he said he gave me back $2.06 (wrong, he only gave me $1.06) ...

There's no way he's right. According to the receipt he should only give me $0.06....
-If he's right that he gave me $2.06, then I should have pay him $28, and I didn't.
I paid him $30 and I lost $3.

3 stars because my burger was delicious but the teenager at the window made the service unnecessarily difficult. I placed an online order for pickup around 2:35 on 11/08. When I got to the window, the young man asked the name on the order and said I must have gone to the wrong restaurant. This was all before even looking at my phone to confirm the address. I told him I was at the correct restaurant & even read the address out to him. He closed the window while I was talking and then came back with my order. No apology, no explanation, just an attitude. Like I was inconveniencing him 🤔 After his rude and insensitive behavior, I checked my bags to make sure the order was correct. He came back to the window and asked me to pull up to the white line. Keep in mind, no cars were behind me. I’m not sure why people like this young man act like they were forced to take these jobs. There are many people jobless who are praying to be in his position and he couldn’t even give a simple apology. Thankfully, the manager apologized on his behalf but it still made this location and Wendy’s as a whole look bad. If you’re doing an online order at this location, it might be best to pick it up in the lobby.
