Terrible service at Wendy's, I went to pick up my order and the workers just stare at your face and don't even ask anything and start laughing. I should see a manager in that place. Zero stars for that place, nor is visiting it pleasant.

Awful service. They were obviously open but no one would answer at the drive thru or window. We could see ppl inside working and they werent scheduled to close for hours but the ignored us.

The person taking the order was completely rude. Asked questions with attitude and when answered still couldn’t remember and had to ask again. Gave us the wrong thing. Unhelpful with scanning app code and non apologetic for incorrect item. I work customer service so I usually am more chill but just wow. No reason. Not professional and food isn’t very good and I know it’s Wendy’s but I still usually have it as a good go to.

Went to this location last weekend around 1pm. I was greeted and I asked for (1) thing off the menu. All of a sudden I heard a burst of loud laughter through the intercom from a female & a male. I DEFINITELY didn’t want anyone who don’t take their job seriously making my food so I pulled off. It gave childish/immature people running the restaurant. No cars in the parking lot. Went to the other location nearby & was helped like professionally.

This location sucks! It is the closest to my house, but I would rather go where people do their jobs. Came here after taking my kids to the park, and the doors are locked. I was told drive thru only. Then, while taking my order, I was rushed and then pulled forward to wait. I got my food after a while, and one item was missing.
They really need to make this place look lively and re-train or hire new employees.

I ordered six meals for pick up delivery through the app. I adjusted the toppings on the burgers and chicken sandwiches. All the kids had different drinks and sauces to go with their meals. Everything was prepared perfectly as ordered and the staff was very friendly. I recommend this location.
