I had the best experience at this location!! Jose's customer service was so genuine and welcoming !! Shout out to Miss Chelsea going over and beyond to have an enjoyable experience ! The food was good , the service is GREAT!!!!

They have free. WiFi, good place to use your laptop or phone while grabbing a cheap bite to eat. Probably the cheapest place to eat in the area and get the most food for $5

We used the drive thru. The order went through fine with the employee taking having decent customer service. One meal was missing but the Mgr who was there was sweet and ran it our to our car as we were asked to pull forward. We did not eat inside but I would imagine a standard fast food restaurant. I'm a customer service critic so I'd like the skills to be a bit better, but it was all around a nice experience. The food was fresh and delicious so we will definitely return back to that Wendy's

Been going to this Wendy's for years and all of a sudden it's gone to hell. Ordered 3 times the last 4 weekends and it's been a disaster. 1st time: ordered dave's single and it looked it had been stepped on, plus the bun didn't look premium. 2nd time: i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the filet was ultra thin. You couldn't even see the white meat chicken. 3rd and last time: went today to get a baked potato, ordered on the app to save cash and they were totally out. On top of this ordered no onions or pickles and they loaded it with both. Plenty of wendy's around here. Go elsewhere (and they take forever)

Black manager guy was a pleasant surprise. Order taker was polite and service was fast. Not used to good customer service at fast food restaurants.

The young lady who took my order rushed me and spoke as if she didn’t want to be there. When I got to the window to complete my order, they told me to pull back around and go through the drive-thru. By the time I received my food, my fries weren’t even hot.

This place needs new management asap!!! Yall are missing out on money!!! Went there this morning to get breakfast and waited for 5 minutes just to be told they are not open yet and it was 7:15am. I definitely won’t be coming back!!!!

Unfortunately, my experience at this Wendy’s wasn’t the best. The service was very slow, and there seemed to be a lack of communication among the staff. I didn’t feel very welcomed, and the customer service could definitely use some improvement. I hope management can address these issues, because I’ve enjoyed Wendy’s in the past and would love to have a better experience next time.

The night crew sucks at this location. The fries are always cold and the nugget temperature is mildly warm. If I’m paying for quality I should receive it. Totally unacceptable. Also, I brother the know the food of trash because they never give you a receipt when you pay with cash. Terrible!!! Do not go to this location.
