Wetzel’s Pretzel is located by Bass Pro Shop in Discovery Mills Mall. Really great stuff. I always order the Parmesan Pretzel with Cheddar Dip. Parmesan wasn’t on the menu so I got Garlic powdered Pretzel bites. Pretty great stuff. One of the eateries that’s been around for over a decade. Good stuff.

I spent good money at wetzel pretzel and when I really needed a cup of water, it looked like they were about to get me one but then decided to try to sell me a water bottle. My son let me get a sip of his lemonade and then Auntie Ann’s, at the center of the mall, gave me a FREE cup of water with no purchase! Also the pretzels were sitting for a long time. That act was the worse way to bring customers back when you got major competition within climate controlled walking distance. What a lose-lose scenario.

I will never buy here again, they are cold and hard, they are super expensive for two cuts without a combo I paid $19.18 I went for a race I realized when I was in the car.

Every time I come here I’m disappointed. I was in a hurry today, and the service was really brief, rather impolite, and my food was burnt. I got some hotdog pretzels. It tasted like it was singed, and the inside pastry was undercooked. It tasted really bad. I’ve been here several times and the service and food is always like this.

Customer service by owner is TERRIBLE! Go pretty often but this day the pretzels were hard and owner didn’t care to rectify the situation… instead he said he didn’t care about losing our business. Never would buy from here again!!!!!

I had an excellent experience at Wetzel’s Pretzels thanks to Sasi! Their service was outstanding—super friendly and efficient. The pretzels were fresh and delicious, but it was Sasi’s great attitude that really stood out. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Sasi, for making my visit so enjoyable!

We absolutely love these pretzels and have been going to this location since it opened. In fact, they are the only reason we even go to that mall anymore. We are never disappointed!

I need to find a way to get a bulk order for my daughter's wedding next year. She's grown up on these pretzels and it's always been her dream to have them at her wedding. LOL

Absolute disappointment from the Sugarloaf Mall location! I asked for 2 orginal small pretzel bites cups, and apparently they only have one size...large! But yet the other pretzel bites are in small cups?! I ask for 2 small drinks, and apparently the only have one size...large! So much for options.. Smh. What was more of a disappointment was the fact that the Pretzel bites had NO salt!! Wth! I thought this was Wetzel PRETZEL! $26 worth of disappointment!

Terrible experience food was horrible. Never will eat there again.

spent $40 on pretzels.. tried to try a new flavor drink they had as a sample and i was rudely told that they can’t do it. only wanted to TRY a little bit. you’d think after spending $40 they would make an accommodation as good customer service .. but nope , horrible customer service. not spending my money here again.

The pretzels were made fresh and they did a great job on the food. The lemonade is always delicious from Wetzel Pretzel and I appreciate the quickness.
