I wouldn't order delivery from here. Tonight I ordered a very simple taco delivery meal. Twice, they put the wrong food in the bag and so I had to order it again. They need to be more careful reading the order instructions because I ordered a taco and got a tofu bowl ??♀️. There should be no reason I have to order my food three separate times for them to do it right.

I love willy's chicken salad. They are not only healthy, they are filling and delicious. The staff are always warm, kind and courteous. The restaurant is always clean.
I love Willy's, it's my favorite restaurant! I go for lunch multiple times a week and am never disappointed. Their staff are excellent, as well! If you ever consider Moe's or Chipotle, but there is a Willy's nearby, go to Willy's instead!!

I love Willys, the food is always good!! That evening wasn't that busy in the restaurant, but apparently, there were online orders. I was a bit perturbed bc I saw the PICK‐UP time (7:04pm) on the receipt of the FOUR entrees dude made in front of me before taking my order. I stood there for a good while. When he was almost done I looked at my phone.. it was 6:52pm. I feel like online orders are very convenient, but is the goal for those ppl not to wait at all??? The ppl making the food was uber polite, and very respectful and dude was apologetic, bc he knew it wasn't fair for me to stand there so long while he fixed invisible ppl's food. The only person with very poor attitude was the young cashier that night, she was rude.. pls put her ssa in the back to wash the dishes.

My husband and i absolutely love this place. it’s truly a hidden gem, wayyyy better than chipotle. The meats were very well cooked and seasoned and the staff was very friendly.
