I generally don't post but since these WingFi locations have been under new ownership, the service and quality of food has really went down. You call and no one speaks English which is just annoying. Why answer the phone if you don't understand anything being said? The wings now taste like rubber no matter how they are cooked. When you call to ask questions or voice a complaint you get someone who doesn't even speak English or understand whats being said with the exceptionof the menu items. I've been eating these wings for over two years and they used to be great but now they are horrible. I'm not giving these people anymore of my hard earned money just to end up throwing it away. They look great but doesn't taste like chicken anymore. Looks like I'll be going back to WNB. The wings are small but at least they taste like chicken.

This is my favorite place to get wings!!! Everything is cooked to perfection! I don’t get wings anywhere else to be honest! If you’re in Lawrenceville this the wing spot fr. Customer service is always great too! ❤️🤏🏻

You earned this 👑. I just left from there and LET ME TELL YOU, those wings were fireeee 🤌🏼🔥🔥 I’m very picky with my wing places but this place is THE best in Georgia. I got plain rice with my wings and even the rice was amazing!! It was nice & soft and authentic white rice.
Yeah, you all are my favorite wing places now. Thank you. 🙂‍↕️

Food may be good but the staff and especially the owner get on my last nerve with deliveries. You know the verification process is to make sure you did YOUR job. I’ll have you unpack everything and show me the order next time you wanna cop an attitude about me doing my job. I’ve been delivering for y’all for over 2 years. Chill or I will make you do the verification correctly and unpack everything to verify.

I get boneless Cajun ranch wings every time with fried rice and they’re genuinely the best chicken wings I’ve ever had to this day, highly recommend. The service is a little distant but it’ll suffice for the best wings.

Called because I accidentally ordered through DoorDash but realized it was the wrong location. Tried to cancel on DoorDash but app said they wouldn’t give me a refund if I cancelled. Mind you it was immediately after I placed order. I called the restaurant to get them to cancel order on their end so I could get my refund. The man I spoke with blew me off, told me too bad, sorry and hung up on me. Horrible. Lacked basic human empathy. These people don’t deserve your hard earned money.
