The young lady was nice and pleasant she was very helpful. We had wings the honey hot had No spice at all the the hot was not hot. They did cook to order (meaning they were crispy), over all the food made my stomach hurt 😞

This was SUCH a disappointing experience. The Philly had almost no flavor or cheese. I requested extra mushrooms, onion and bell peppers.......received not only NOT extra, but got NO mushrooms. Soo upsetting. The fries had absolutely NO salt or seasoning and were soggy. The bacon burger came out with cheese after requesting no cheese and had a tiny piece of bacon. It also just had a weird flavor, overall. The wings were the smallest wings I have EVER seen......barely a bite. We will not be eating here again, sadly.

The wings from this pace were good about a year ago. The wings I got recently were so tiny and all shriveled up. They had a tiny tip fried wing, counted as a wing. Will skip it in future.

Long time REPEAT customer who won’t be ordering/eating from this establishment again. Placed an order for delivery last night around 8:30/9pm for (2) 6pc wing combos with fried rice. Ordered arrived in shambles (see photos) it was obvious whoever at the restaurant that packed our bag did not secure the tops of the containers as one combo spilled completely out and into the bag. This place is obviously cutting cost because the second container almost spilled due to the cheap/weak material. The food that was salvageable was made incorrectly, the wings were soggy and tasted old. Ended up tossing the entire meal and ordering elsewhere. An extra minute to secure customers food in quality containers shouldn’t be asking for too much considering the prices.

I don’t know if there are new owners or chefs, but the lemon pepper wings I ordered dry seasoned were wet and the sauce was extremely watery and not good. They were two different kinds of wings received, boneless and bone-in, although I ordered breaded only. The boneless wing’s breading was weird and soggy. Their Philly cheesesteak, which I normally devour, was also terrible. Completely different style of cooking. Not returning.

I ordered online for my family on the way back from a doctor appt. My one sones bacon cheese burger had 1 piece of bacon. My other son ordered extra pickles on his cheeseburger that I paid extra for they were not on there. Ordered ultimate philly for me and my ma. The cheese on the philly is partially melted and everything is literally just thrown in the middle with this glop of cheese onto. The girl at the register was very polite and helpful but the food was below subpar and they use to be so good. Before I started working in the opposite direction I would spend a lot in there. I don't think I'll be going back.
