Thieves always do the same thing, they never serve the complete food, I placed my order online and my fries were missing, and it took them 1 hour and a half to deliver the wings, all cold.

Customer service was horrible and they were so rude . Not to the mention I found a hair in my food and I saw a rat in the back of the kitchen . Most nastiest and unsanitary food place I’ve ever seen . Do not come here!!!

The only person who is carrying with the meals and getting them out in time, is some dude named Peter. He is enthusiastic and positive, unlike the others who just stand around and let costumers wait at the register

One of the Worst Dining Experiences I’ve Had

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience has been bothering me for months and I can’t stay quiet about it. My girlfriend and I ordered food from this Wingstop location, and we ended up waiting almost two hours for our order. When it was finally ready, the food was room temperature at best. But the worst part wasn’t the wait—it was the staff. I understand this is a fast food spot and most of the employees are likely young, but the lack of professionalism was unbelievable. In those two hours, we were checked on once. Two workers were more focused on flirting with each other than working. At one point, a guy was literally dropping wings on the floor while talking and laughing with his coworker. To make things worse, no one wore hair nets the entire time we were there. That’s a serious hygiene concern. When our order was finally called, the staff member mumbled my name so quietly I could barely hear it, didn’t look up, and went straight back to joking with the same coworker. No eye contact, no basic courtesy.
This happened about three months ago, but the whole experience left such a bad taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively) that I still think about it. I hope management seriously re-evaluates the standards at this location.

I waited over an hour for my food and the people we were with got their food and ate we were still waiting. My son’s chicken was raw, with sauce just poured on it not mixed. My wings were cold with sauce pour on it and my daughters. There was no trash can. Walls were filthy. The soda machine was leaking dirty fluids. This place is terrible and very unsanitary. Spent 70 dollars and it was a waste of money.
