he food was mediocre and arrived within a reasonable amount of time, but everything else was unacceptable. The woman who took my order was extremely rude, inattentive, and unprofessional. The bathrooms were dangerously slippery and very dirty, showing a complete lack of maintenance. Even more concerning, the kitchen staff were working without gloves or hair nets, which is a serious hygiene issue. The poor service and lack of cleanliness completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this place.

This is my FAVORITE wingstop in Gwinnett! The manager is so polite and professional. My food comes out hot and right every time!! I love coming here. Brady and Melanie were so nice! Stop by!

The food was horrible my lemon pepper wings had no flavor the fries were just crumbs and the wings weren’t flavored at all.An an hour or less after eating the food we started feeling sick and our stomachs started feeling bubbly as well.I would not recommend eating here at all!!

I stopped by Wingstop while I was in the area to grab dinner for my family. I ordered 20 boneless wings and fries, then ran next door to Walmart for a few things before coming back to pick up my food. The cashier was very friendly when she handed me my order—I even asked for ketchup, which she added to the bag.
When I got home (about a 20-minute drive), I opened the bag and noticed I was missing 5 Parmesan wings. I immediately tried calling the store, but after waiting on hold for about 8 minutes with no answer, I decided to drive all the way back.
Once there, I explained to the cashier that my order was missing food and asked if they could remake it since my wings were now cold from the trip. Her response was dismissive—she said, “You want us to remake your food because you’re missing 5 wings?” She then took my bag and walked away without saying much. About 5 minutes later, she returned empty-handed and told me the manager said I could either get the 5 missing wings or a refund. I chose the refund.
She went back to work without another word, so I asked again about the refund. She said the manager was coming, but it took him another 10 minutes to appear. When I explained the situation to him, he said they could refund me—but only if I came back tomorrow when the general manager was there. I asked what time the manager would arrive, and instead of giving me a clear answer, he told me the hours were “on the door.” He was rude, rushed, and more focused on ending the conversation than resolving the issue.
On top of that, they had already taken my food from the counter and clearly had no intention of giving it back, yet they still refused to process my refund. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I left Wing-stop without my food or my money.
