I was the only one in the there and waited for like 30min. Fries is still frozen and wings were not seasoned all the way. I've been coming here since the place opend, something has definitely changed here...

I called ahead of time to place my order when I got there they said it wasn't ready so I waited, waited and waited, when I approached the front again after they were finally done with all other clients which was about thirty minutes later, they told me it's been ready for a while. That is very disappointing as they had no excuse for it nor a formal apology. There is no respect for other people's time there, the food is great but don't go for it there!

Idk where the problem lies at… management? Corporate incompetency or some form of ignorance? Idk, maybe it’s just me. This Wingstop’s location is top tier. Sadly, the wait time is not. The order took 1.5 hours to make.

Wait time was around 30+ minutes. They seemed pretty busy at the time which was around 5:30pm on a Saturday. But there was no sense of urgency getting food out. And when we received our food, which we sat and ate in house. The food was almost cold. Like it had already been sitting for 10-15 minutes. They might want to consider hiring some adults .

Trash. Messed up my order and called to have it corrected to no apologies no let's try to correct the issue. Said I had to come in and wait for my correct order. Did not have the decency to say we would have your correct order ready. Get to the store and they demand to see the incorrect order which was not said on the phone call after a 30 min drive. Staff is trash and dont care about the money you spend here. Do not come here. I will never be back.

i play ubereats order here two times and they cancel the order both times after hours waiting. yall some bums fr, big ash cant even get the order done

everytime i order from here, my wings are tiny and way too cooked, like little nuggets of crunchy chicken feet. not good. idk why i decided to order from here, i just thought they would eventually get it right, but no. this place needs to close down
