There's so many issues each time I order from here, the most frequent one being that they always forget something from my order. I've found foreign objects in my food before, like hair, insects, bones in dressings etc. The wings itself are always dry.They should really consider getting new staff, or hire more people because they do not take their job seriously. One of their workers hit on me and wouldn't budge until I gave him my phone number.The inside of the restaurant itself is really smoky at times, floors and walls are sticky and never clean.The only reason why I still give this place a 2nd try is for the rare chance that they get everything right, because when it's well done, with no items missing and good service, this place is good. Too bad it's almost never the case.

Easy, Quick & Fast. You could definitely tell they were working. I noticed staff Jermaine and wanted to give him a shout out. Pushing orders out making sure people who were ordering, dining in and taking out got their orders then food expeditiously. Good service. Great staff getting the job done.

Absolutely terrible. Went with friends and they got their food 40 minutes before us while we sat there and waited. Literally took an hour to get our food while the staff constantly said “it’s being made right now” but the staff were just standing behind the counter. Service sucks and food sucks too. Will not be back and do not recommend unless you wanna sit there for and hour for some mediocre wings. But we got a brownie for waiting patiently ??

The restaurant was full of cooking smoke and there were at least 5 people waiting for takeout orders. I waited 30 minutes for my order and the fries were just thrown on top with no lid so they spilled everywhere.

I just wasted $50. Do not order from Wing Stop online. They ran out of items I ordered and just tried to put random stuff in my bag without telling me. Then they refused to refund the order when I said I didn't want the replacement items. They don't do refunds.And the food is cold.

As soon as I walked in i realized the environment was not good. The inside was so foggy and O couldn’t breath well. My sister had to open the door just so we could breath properly. I ordered my food for pick up I didn’t notice until I got home that they got my order completely wrong!! If I could give a 0 star I would but I can’t. I highly recommend going to any other wing stop, it’ll definitely be better than this one!
