WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

The franchise should investigate this location for deliberately going cheap and giving micro sized wings presumably to save costs. One of the wings was barely larger than the head of a toothbrush. Ordered once and had terribly sized wings. A year later made the mistake of accidentally ordering from this location again via uber eats and same issue. Do yourself a favor and order from any other location. This spot is not to par.

I ordered a shrimp fried rice from this location. The rice was with mixed meat, chicken and barely any shrimp???? Coming from a pescatarian who didnt ask for meat or chicken it really pissed me tf off.

This was my first time ordering WNB Factory. I ordered the Bacon and Jalapeño Hamburger and I must say it was one of the best hamburgers I ever had! Also the Hamburger i ordered was a combo came with a drink wan order of French fries. The French fries were great and plentiful great job. I was also disappointed that the drink didn’t come with a straw. I also placed a 12 count of the bone in Chicken Wings. The flavors I ordered was Nashville hot and Jamaican Jerk. I must say I was a little bit disappointed in the Nashville hot not bringing the heat. The Jamaican Jerk spice had more heat than the Nashville hot!

I had a late craving, and thankfully this place was open. I ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls, and the classics cheeseburger plate. The egg rolls were delicious, flaky, and had a good amount of filling. The burger was absolutely delicious, 10/10!!! The fries were plain, could’ve used some salt or some seasoning. Overall, I was fully and satisfied from this meal. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Horrible service! I came in to order lunch and was not greeted but instead given attitude after I purchase my wings and fries! The young lady was so disrespectful and refused to give my refund! I will not be returning to this location again! Close this place down if you can’t hire people who respect customers

arrived here at 9:30. Her name was Marie, I think; she didn't appear to want to be there. I felt like there was no one in here and that my boyfriend and I were a nuisance. Makes you want to order in instead of take out! I doubt I would be returning! People seem uninterested in you or upset by you.

Price went up, quality went down. Small wings. A combo doesn’t include a drink anymore. 10 pieces combo + drink comes out to $16-$17. I’ll be doing business elsewhere.

The young lady at the front needs an attitude adjustment or a career change. She doesn’t greet guest or seem to care in the slightest to be at work.

Ordered a steak Philly and it was horrible . Unsure what kind of meat was used but it definitely didn’t take like a Philly cheesesteak . I spit the 2nd bite out

I should’ve known better by reading these reviews, but believe everyone when they tell you not to come here. The only wnb that doesn’t sell combos AND you pay the same price here as you would at any other location. Nobody was informed that they no longer sell combos so we were charged extra for a drink on top of the 13.99 we just paid and had to wait 45 mins for a manager because of the poor staffing which i’d give 0 stars if i could. She hardly wanted to hear my story yet i still bit my tongue. Wings not even full size. don’t bother.
